Such an awesome travel and food guide to Kanazawa. This one reminded me more of a Mark Weins video than anything else. Very awesome!! We went to Sofia this past Friday for a little shopping trip and had lunch at The Sushi Bar (actual name). Most of the time I forget to film or even take pictures of what we eat, but The Sushi Bar was an amazing meal. Thank you guys for giving this wonderful tour.
I enjoyed this video! Entertaining!
Happy to watch your vlogs! Enjoy
Thank you! 😊

Love the traditional Japanese 🏯 cuisine you guys are eating. Looks apertising
We ate very well in Japan! Definitely packed on a few extra pounds with all the delicious food.
What a find Guys😁 We can't comment you guys enough for the wonderful videos you do. Travel and Food . Wow.! Harriet and I have always had great time in Japan. We hope to get back there very soon to explore what you did. It was a true pleasure watching the video this evening on a chilly night with a toasty fire going and sipping on a great red wine from Argentina.
What more can you ask for. Sending you Hugs🫂 and Kisses💋 from Harriet, Jim and Yuki
Ahhh, a toasty fire and a bottle of Argentine wine sounds like a lovely way to spend the evening! We're actually getting ready to fly back down there tomorrow. Glad to hear you're enjoying the Japan videos. 😊
I’m craving Sam’s dim sum set. Looks so amazingly delicious!!
wow
Finally, the shurikens Audrey mentioned two weeks ago :) People, you are presented with a unique opportunity to see a ninja throwing them while wearing a soccer jersey: Samuel, el ninja argentino (necesita mas ejercicio, obviamente, pero tiene el deseo de aprender y eso es lo que cuenta) :)
Yummy 😋😋
Sam and Audrey was just thinking about you guys and here comes a Japan video AMAZING.....................Effie from Montreal😀😀😀😀
Another episode to get you excited for your upcoming Japan trip! 😊 Have a great weekend, Effie.
@@samuelandaudrey We are leaving March 8 2024 for 3 months that is nice you remembered when i told you long time ago wow you guys are amazing
@@samuelandaudrey Have a fantastic weekend also
this is a great video!! i'm going to study at kanazawa university for a semester starting in october, so i'll definitely check these places out :)
That's super exciting! Wishing you a wonderful study abroad semester in Kanazawa. 😊
Kanazawa's teahouses are so serene, you'll feel guilty for accidentally slurping your matcha lol. Kidding aside, this exactly why Japan is definitely on the top of our list! It felt so nostalgic and I suddenly remembered the time when we filmed one of our TV show episode there.
This was so useful, thank you for all the tips! Could you share the name of the cute tea house that you discovered by chance?
The tea house with the dolls is listed on GoogleMaps as 茶房 似故礼(ニコレ).
Te queda de 10 esa camiseta Samuel!! Un argento-canadiense en Japón!!❤❤ Audrey bellísima!!!💞😘😘
Sam looks way better with tied hair …looks neat and cool
Sam should get a Peak Design grip for his camera, no more dangling camera strap, which I have never seen him use.
All the Asian foods so clean and healthy
@30:25 Audry " We are so full, we are so stuffed" BUT lets end the video with Italian food LOL YES YES I know it wasn't all gobbled down the same day... Nice video guys. Cheers from Canada
Heavenly Dears
Buenas noches saludos chicos hermoso video chau
I’ve never taken an interest in Japanese food but I find myself googling the food 😂💞 thank you for taking us along and sharing delicious looking food 💞 and who doesn’t like pizza 🤣
Hola Audrey y Samuel.
Excellent~😻
hey Sam should look into this wrist strap for camera. I notice you holding the camera in hand. this is great let's you relax grip while still holding it.
look up DSLR wrist strap. should have two connections not just a loop. cheers from Brandon, Manitoba. enjoyed your videos for many years.
Thanks for the tip. We'll have to look into that for future trips. We've gotten so used to hanging the camera from our necks or strapping it across our bodies, which I know is not good!
😍
so funny how u go to Japan and end up going for the familar foods! lol
Funny you went to Saizeriya. That’s like Dennys in Japan, just cheaper and better
We quite enjoyed it! It was pretty good for diner-style fast food.
Kanazawa is a sleeper city, that is not visited much by Westerners. We visited during cherry blossoms and we had wonderful time. We ate in that Saizeriya, last March 2023. It was pretty decent. It is right by the train station. We ate in 2nd Saizeriya by Universal Studios and it was not nearly as good as the Kanazawa location.
Hi Audrey & Sam, thanks for your video. We will land in Nagoya.
Option 1 - should we stay in Takayama first before we go to Kanazawa, back to Nagoya, then Tokyo? or
Option 2 - should we go to Kanazawa first, then Takayama, back to Nagoya, then Tokyo?
Which is the best way? FYI we plan to visit Shirakawa when we are in Takayama (our based for 2-3 nights). Thanks
I think either way is fine. I would maybe look at the calendar and try to see if you can avoid Shirakawa-go on a weekend, because it'll be a lot busier than visiting mid-week. Then plan your schedule accordingly.
Where is the Kanazawa curry? I’m going to Kanazawa in summer with my kids and would like to try it!
The place is called The address is 2 Chome-8-10 Katamachi, Kanazawa.
@@samuelandaudrey thank you so much!!! I just realised that it’s the same as in the notes… but thank you anyway!
I HAVE NOT SEE YOU TWO FOR A LONG TIME WHERE ON EARTH HAVBE YOU BEEN
We're still here! We post weekly. Hit the little notification bell if you want TH-cam to show you our new videos. 😊
@@samuelandaudrey ITS NICE TO SEE YOU BOTH BACK.
What was the name of the cute tea shop you stumbled upon :)
The tea shop with the dolls overlooking the garden? You can find that one on GoogleMaps as 茶房 似故礼(ニコレ). Details are in the video description.
@@samuelandaudrey thank you 😁
Hello guys! What month was that? Thanks!
We visited Kanazawa in October.
How are you communicating with the people in Japan? I understand that most do not speak English. Are you using a translation app?
It was mainly a lot of pointing and charades. Most restaurant menus had pictures, so even if the menu wasn't in English, we could order. For visiting attractions, the price of admission was usually posted, so we knew what to pay even if we couldn't communicate.
What time of year was this?
This was in October.
Can you book restaruants?
We didn't book any restaurants in advance. I'm not sure we would have been able to communicate!
Hi guys, how many days did you stay in Kanawaza?
I would say 3-4 days is plenty for Kanazawa.
Fantastic! How do you not weigh 300 lbs defies the laws of physics. Looks great.
I promise we spread out our meals! It can look like a lot in the video, but we filmed over the course of a few days.
QUIERO IR A CANAZAWA AUDREY ----------

5:30, sorry, dim sum is specifically Cantonese, not Mandarin. Mandarin is a language. The traditional language spoke in The Republic of China (Taiwan). Mandarin in Chinese is “國語, national language”. The CCP changed that what they called “normal language, 普通話”. Now I understand some 10 years ago the Japanese sushi chiefs wanted to set standards for what real sushi is as too many places outside of Japan just cut up uncooked fish and put rice on it and call it “sushi”. Some of us fight like hell to keep things not being mis-led.
🤓
loved you guys for years but sam looks scary and walked away.
Guys, I love your videos. I have been several times in Japan and somehow you choose the places which I love and want to visit more. Also absolutely adore how friendly and understanding you are to each other! Do you have an instagram profile?
