I'll wake you up when I arrive, you can sleep comfortably | rainy highway driving

- It's been a while since I uploaded a driving video. Regardless of the country, people seem to understand and like the white noise and emotion of driving videos. The main focus of this video is white noise on a rainy highway. There have been a lot of people requesting white noise while driving from time to time, but these days the number has increased significantly, so I decided to make a video.
📝I plan to drive for 4 hours and although it is raining, I will drive safely and arrive at my destination. You can just sleep comfortably☔🚗😴

This makes me wish my bed could mimic the vibrations of the car. The feel of the heater slowly warming the car as the cold attempts to seep in through the windows... So cozy.
Then I think the bed will be very expensive😂
@@dreamysoundA lmao
omg how you described it! 😪😪😴
Actually, the cold is the lack of heat. So it isn't "the cold getting in", is "the hot air getting out".
@@popsicle1809 True, but I was writing from a les of a factual place and more of a sensory place. While it's true that it's actually that the warm is seeping out of the space, in the moment it feels more like the cold that's seeping into the warm space.

This is something that makes me feel at home with my inner child who used to pretend to fall asleep in the car so I could be carried inside the house and tucked into bed after a long drive out 🌙
Wait that genius why didn't I ever do that!

I find more peace in forests and nature personally but reading your comment I can't help but imagine tollbooths must be comforting as well. Kinda like a bubble of space that's cozy and private with the world around you.
This reminds me of the time I first connected with my girlfriend. I was at work, night shift, storming outside like you wouldn't believe. Probably around midnight when she walked in, absolutely drenched. She didn't know I worked there and was quite surprised to see me, as we weren't the fondest of one another at the time. I went over to her and asked if I could do anything, (as much as I didn't like her, it's no fun being drenched). She ignored my efforts at first but eventually gave in, telling me she didn't exactly know where to go. I offered to drive her home, she denied due to some family issues. Eventually we settled on me taking her back to mine once my shift was over. The car ride was uncomfortable at first, though softened once I noticed she'd fallen asleep. I remember just kinda sitting there, confused on what to do, and was lowkey dying at how pretty she always managed to be.
I woke her up when we reached my house and we spent the rest of the night getting to know one another better. We've now been together for 3 years, as of December 22nd it will be 4. Thank you for this video :)

What a time to be alive. To be able to experience this without having to get in the car. It’s a blessing to be able to do this and we should all count out blessings way more often.

i got this video in the recommendations of an art tutorial, its all so fascinating
Reminds me of when I was a kid and my grandparents would take me to the countryside and I would actually love the long drive there and back, me and my sister excitedly looking out the window counting everything that swept by from bridges to cows and little towns. Everything seemed so fascinating, the world looked endless.
The scenery outside is very attractive when it rains.❤️

This reminds me of driving back from senior prom with my buddy. We only went because both our moms insisted that we go just for the experience. It was loud and stuffy inside, and the only "refreshments" there were bottled water. We weren't brave enough to ask anyone to dance, and it was a chilly, rainy night out, so I brought us outside. It was so nice. We chatted for a while until it got late. Of the whole experience, driving him home and grabbing some fast food for dinner was my favorite part.
Anyway. Just gonna hit the paper airplane icon now and wonder if my story interests anyone. Night.
Such a nice memory!!! Also I've never thought of it as a paper airplane, always thought it was just an arrow but I'll start thinking of it as a paper airplane because that's way cuter
Thank you for sharing such a precious memory 💖
sounds gay as fuck dude
This is a lovely memory ❤And yes now I see it is a paper plane 😊
Thank you for sharing your story. It sounds like such a wonderful, cozy experience.
I miss being young and falling asleep to the rain on the windows. My mother would carry me from the car, and my father would carry my older brother, and they'd hurry us inside hoping the raindrops wouldn't wake us. I would open my eyes to them tucking me in and hushing me to go back to sleep, in my warm bed, with the rain still on the window, and I'd drift back to sleep after getting a kiss on the forehead from both of them.
When my parents got divorced, the worst part of it for me (at first) was the fact that I wouldn't have both my parents wishing me goodnight at the same time anymore... I'm older now, but these driving videos remind me of a time where I didn't worry about anything, and thought that my parents would always be side by side with me each night. There's a bittersweet warmth to this feeling... I'll sleep with this warmth, and see you all in the morning. Good night.
Always sleep comfortably and deeply😌
there truly is something so bittersweet about this. were no longer little enough to be sleeping in the back seat of our parents car, but how beautiful is it to be where we are now. i’ll sleep with this warmth too

I have a vivid memory from my childhood. It was night, and my parents, me and my sister were coming home from a nearby city. My little sister was asleep and I was barely awake. We were passing through a wooded area, and it started to rain. I felt in a bubble of darkness and warmth. I put my head on the window and looked outside.

i have ptsd from a minor car accident like 5 years ago. i’m finally able to drive only at night with minimal traffic just to nearby areas - 5 min or less away. i started panicking listening to this, but it’s been helping desensitize me to the sounds!! thank you for making this
I'm glad it's a helpful video.
You have to force yourself to do it. I got rear ended by a cargo truck driving 40mph three years ago that hit my suv and flattened the back up to the second row like a pancake while we were stopped at a red light in the turning lane. My husband broke his back and I’ve had 4 surgeries since 2 being major and two more coming up on repairing my knees from the impact. If I can drive you can drive. I mean it in the nicest way possible. You are allowed to grieve from the fear of whatever happened to you but it shouldn’t still affect you today. Remind yourself all the times before that one incident how nothing had happened before and it shouldn’t again in the future. Stop saying ptsd this or that and making yourself a victim having victim mentality is not healthy.
One of my favorite college memories is of driving back to our shared apartment on a cold, rainy winter night with the car heater keeping us toasty warm, letting my friends doze off while I took us home. Dark, empty streets, glimmers of light through the windows of houses we passed by, the sound of tires on wet pavement, the feeling of deep fondness for the two other people in the car, knowing that they were comfortable enough to fall asleep. We live far apart now and don’t keep in touch, but it’s nice to remember the good times
I think it's a good experience to hear people's memories in the comments of this video.💕

I love going on drives in the middle of the night. Seriously, I’ll just get bored, grab my keys and take off. I’ll stop for a soda and drive while listening to music. There’s something so peaceful and serene about the world during those hours; nobody is on the road, the world is quiet. It feels like the world is paused and you have a moment to breathe and decompress. In the summer you can roll the windows down and let the air sweep all your stress away. Sometimes it’s nice to turn the music off and listen to the sounds of the night. I never had a lot of freedom as a kid when it came to traveling and being able to go places, so learning how to drive and getting my license gave me an entire other level of freedom that I still take advantage of years later.
Feel the comfort of driving in your car at home.

For some reason this made me want to cry it was like someone telling me it was ok. I’ve been struggling with depression and anxiety for a while now and sometimes I get too close to trying to end it. When I was young my mom would drive me in her car to help me fall asleep, so this reminds me of simple times. So random that I found this but I def needed to just watch this for a bit and decompress.
I understand feeling depressed sometimes.

when i was a kid my dad had a job that pulled in a nice amount of money but always had him on business trips more than at home. i remember the drives to the airport to pick him up in the early morning were exactly like this. i miss back then. thank you for helping me remember
respectable father👍
for me, this is driving back home with my mom on tuesdays. i had voice lessons, and she had roller derby right after, so we would just grab dinner on the way there and i would do my homework or draw while she skated. it feels like so long ago now, but i will always treasure those nights. thank you
memory💕
やっぱり父母運転の後部座席は心地良さが段違い🥲帰省した帰りに寝落ちして着いたら起こされる、これずっと続いてほしい
😄👍
Thank you for taking me for night drive, I slept well and nostalgy hit me hard when my dad used to take me on his long journey to the other side of republic and back but now I just sit home alone and wait for him until he decides to talk to me again

i love car ride because i love the zen but hate the anxiety of being in a car. Thank you stranger !!
Drive safely!
Driving on a rainy night is low-key the best driving experience ever.
😊👌
This is now my favorite video ever! I fell asleep so fast the last 3 days thanks to it!
I hope you have a good night in the future
This is possibly one of my favorite videos out here. I love the sound of rain with driving it brings me so many happy memories of when I was much younger. Tysm for this seriously it means a lot.
I think everyone likes the sound of rain in the car.
as someone who was often afraid to fall asleep in the car, thank you this was very needed 😭🙏
