Most games: *offer Tanks moves that force opponents into focussing on them or that take damage that other units would've taken*
Pokémon Masters: *politely ask your opponent to only focus on your Tanks and to just leave you DPS alone for as long as possible*

How to change tactics on challenge lance bcs in mine rosa is the first target

You can't use tactics against Lance. Supports had high HP. Focus on powering up from support and your player's attack quick to charge up your sync move. Once it reaches 0, use it against Lance as the player because grass is stronger than water type.

To beat Lance, you had to press the attack buttons fast, and use some gauge boast to recover your gauge bar when it's low. When your sync move is charged, fire it away with grass move; it's super effective against his rental Pokémon.
