Pretty much, grew up with their music and I lived in a Welsh village during thatchers diabolical reign, I can relate to a lot of their songs. This is quite a trip though, very dark , very richey.
I’m guessing you do too, they’re by some way the most inventive and consistent band that I’ve heard since the Beatles. I couldn’t pay them a higher compliment than that as they were my first introduction to music through my mum who watched them live a couple of times .
@@MetaldetectingagencyCoUk He's always been a bit underrated, saw them at the Bath forum before glastonbury, was as good there as i'd seen him play considering it was supposed to be a warm up gig. He could put a tune to any lyric that much we do know, this is a prime example. Long may he and the boys continue, their creative phase is still going after all these years , tha'ts quite remarkable in itself.
