Seasoned divorce lawyer here. Just my two cents: Kevin hit the nail on the head when he said picking the right partner is an absolute critical life decision. Better to stay single and focus on your life goals than to marry someone who is not completely on board with your passions, goals and financial mindset. Be careful out there!
Wow Jonathan, you're on point. Reckon you could be just the man to inform all the young men out there contemplating marriage. I considered this option, and after a long period of study and research, and decided it was not worth my time. Kudos to your honesty. Bless
Wow! Watching Shark Tank you wouldn’t know he was so knowledgeable about interpersonal relationships. OMG, and chef, vintner, oxygenist, and guitarist, too! He is truly a well-rounded person. I’m a campfire song, girl myself... Great Interview, Lewis! This gets the Pulitzer Prize for interviews, IMO!
"Done"- the more I watch your videos, the more I realize how much hard work you do. I am never seen such a person so dedicated to his viewers! I mean I am amazed by the consistency in your work!
This has been one of my favorite interviews of all time Lewis!!! Kevin has a lot of great knowledge! I love how he integrates business principles and philosophies into marriage and relationships. Great Content!
I love Kevin after this interview. He is what you see and what you get and much more. I appreciate his multiple talents and good at them too. I become his big fan!
@@koumbeboube1312 Exactly, rich couples divorce too. I think what he means is the disagreement on how money is spent within the marriage. He wants to spend and she wants to save or the other way around. One wants an expensive house and vehicle, saying you only live once and the other says we can't afford that we need to save for the future. Or you make an agreement, we won't spend over XX without talking it over first, but one of them can't keep the agreement. There are a multitude of reasons to divorce, mostly trust, as Kevin said. Once broken, nothing will ever be the same. There are many ways people ignore others needs, create drama to distract from the facts, and simply have no respect for others. Whether at work, in marriage, in families. What Kevin said is true, the biggest decision is marriage, always think this through and spend at least a year knowing the other before marriage.
I thought Kevin was a complete jerk and judged him from Shark Tank. I have a whole new respect for him now. He said all the things I believe in and have structured in my life. His mom was a smart women. Thank you.
This entire video is quotable! Great great conversation! And already shared with 10 people. Thank you to your guest Kevin O’ Leary and to you, Lewis, for all the wonderful work you put out for us.🌿🌿🙌🏽

Awesome. This interview was the most interesting that I have ever seen. He just doesn’t just talk the talk,he walks the walk. He is so honest a human. After watching him on t.v. for so many years. I always thought he was so unfeeling. A truly wonderful interview with a very caring and true soul.
Great interview. I learned so many different dimensions of this shark. My family- aka- young adults are fans of O’Leary. We get to have family conversations around the show. I agree telling the truth is important, but I find O’Leary can be brutally honest and hurtful. We can be honest, constructive and nice. Mean honesty is not constructive.
Oh My God!! Thank You for the brute honesty. I can’t begin to tell you how much of what you said I need to reevaluate EVERYTHING! Thanks Thanks Thanks 🙏🏾
Wow, I only know Kevin from the shark tank and I thought he is just a money lover but never judge the book by its cover, I changed my mind completely about Kevin, I learned a lot from him today, that was great interview
One word, 'I am here very next to you', to give my hand while you need is the magic glue to fix you in every human's heart and give comfort in each and every walk of you and make shine you like SUN and lit up glorious smile in each and everyone's mouth instantly by seeing your face.
You are so right you’re saving a lot of people heartache because it’s so difficult to get out of the situation once you’re in it. Just because a persons nice in the beginning doesn’t mean there appropriate for you.
"Done" I like Kevin, he is honest, no matter how negative it may sound to the person hearing the words, it is a reality to waken up and assist a possible directional change in lives for the positive.
Mr. wonderful has always been my favorite shark. Until now, I haven’t been able to put my finger on why. He is the toughest shark and can be kind of harsh with people. But watching your interview makes me understand why I like him so much.
he has been my FAVORAte.SHark on the show becsause of his brutal honesty. ive always kept my word since my step farther instilled it into me of its importance, after my 3rd grade teacher caught me alway sayinh what? Like "Jeremy< you know what insaid you say what for time to think of a lie". i was like imbarressed and my integrity evan at that age was shocked and so mad at myself the insident was in 3rd grade and im 31 now, i stayed back that year..
It’s always better to be totally honest up front. The truth can sometimes be difficult to accept and leave someone with a bad taste in their mouth but a lie is impossible to digest.
I agree with your mother and someone must have said it to me when I was young also. I love sitting in the peace of knowing I don't have to remember lies and I just say it as it is.
I just love how Kevin said I'm working on a 30second rift and gets so into playing. The sounds were beautiful, it makes me want to pick up my electric guitar I had made for me 7 years ago that just sits in the lounge. Hotel California is one of my favorite karaoke songs I belt out

What a surprisingly in depth and revelatory interview! Who knew!? It just goes to show you we don't really know people but may judge them based on limited information. My hats off to you both, really helpful and enlightening interview. I totally agree with making sure you link with your prospective partner on the things that are really important.
