I don't think that not working scouting is your hamster's fault. It's how the gamę works rn (or rather does not).😮 I do usually need to smash V button to mark somebody. It just looks like there is a timer between entering binoculars/scope and being able to scout.

If there's one vehicle that could be in a Battle Pass in the future, my vote is for the Fokker D.XXIII. Which a Dutch prototype fighter that looks like a SAAB 21, but is set up as a push-pull prop like the Dornier Do 335. Only one prototype was built and had it's first flight in May of 1939, but was abandoned in May of 1940 following the German invasion of the Netherlands.
2 500kg bombs sounds neat until you realize the Pe-2 has them at the same br and with a much better flight model. Plus, it can carry way more 100kgs if you want them and has a bombsight. All it's missing is the cannons.
As enlisted enjoyer, I kinda grew to think anything past 250kg is a massive waste most of the time lol Ideally you'd be able to take as many 100kg single drops as humanly possible while still remaining mobile

I play Japan on Enlisted regularly and my favorite plane is the E13 (the sea plane bomber with 4 60kg bombs) because I swear you have to be surgical with the bigger bombs on higher tier planes. Even then the 60kg bombs have such a seemingly small blast radius. Smaller than a regular frag grenade. It's silly. If I drop 4 60kg bombs on a Sherman I expect SOME damage but I'm usually disappointed. If I drop a 250kg bomb on top of a rally point that just spawned in a bunch of squads I might get some kills. Might.
Basically, the Big Lad Il-8, along with Smol Lad Il-10 were both replacements for Middling Lad Il-2 when he got too old. 8 and 10 were there to kind of test out different approaches to where the Il-2 design should go, one being bigger and more armoured and the other being smaller and lighter. After both were tested, a choice was made in favour of Il-10, seeing as Il-8 was proven too slow and heavy even compared to its ancestor and simply not fit to work in the modern conditions

Honestly this should be ideal blueprint for all the battlepass vehicles... comparable or slightly vehicle worse than similar vehicle in tech tree that's mostly a collectible AND/OR easy access for newcomers to get something to play with. I have always bemoaned the truly unique vehicles hidden behind long-term event grind :( - signed, man who doesn't have time for battlepasses lmao
I am glad I rewatched this, I had no idea that 23mm belts have impact on spawn point cost! Honestly I also tend to take down multiple planes per match with IL-8 even though I am novice pilot and the amount of damage it can take is awesome.

Give the Logitech G903 a try. It is both wired and wireless just by unplugging the cord. Wireless has ZERO issues and is a dream for aiming. You don't realize the effect of the drag of the mouse cord until you try wireless.
I've had horrible luck with durability on Logitech mice myself. Last two I owned I got less than 6 months total out of each. The G903 looks super uncomfortable for long sessions as well. Looks like it's one of those "fashion over function" mice. It's also ambidextrous, which is just never a good thing. No one switches hands using a mouse. It's just a comfort sacrifice for no gain other than aesthetic.

At 3.3 that is insane. We could have soo much decompression at the bottom ranks. Gaijin should add a BR to every rank to give all the vehicles breathing room again.
Well, you gotta use something to grind out untill late P47s and P51s since early US fighters suck at turning and you face 109s and zeros almost every match so cut some slack to the guys who can't be bothered to learn to BnZ.
this is a direct upgrade to the 3.3 eqv. i'll be sad to retire rudolf the red nosed IL2 but those 500kgs are worth it, if you want a maneuverable one go with the 2.3 version without a tail gunner

Hey Odd You should try using the Beaufighter for CAS (It has 1200 rounds of 20 mil). The Mk X is great with the 3.3 Britsh lineup (Churchill Mk 1; Sarc; Cromwell; Achilles) Also the 3.7 Beaufighter needs to be demonstrated (it has 4 Hispanos and 4 50-cals).
Il-2 from my playing which is my favoritd Russian plane, I upteir it a lot as people sleep on it when it's slow. It turn on a dime like a zero and likes to be slow fast doesn't do it service good to see this plays like an il-2
I wonder how it compares to the IL-2M. One of my favorite things about the IL-2 is that, while it's incredibly bulky and slow, it has AMAZING elevator authority and can outturn most planes short of a Spitfire or Zero. The most relaxing thing I've done in this game is go into air battles and just maraud around with it, cause nobody expects an Ilyushin to outturn their fighter. Also has gotten me an eight kill game too. Hope this thing isn't too weighed down in comparison.

Again, you are incredibly agile despite what it looks like (definitely more agile than the Hellcat), and you've got the 23mm VYa slap-o-matics that shred everything mounted in your wings with plenty of ammo for each. But that's for Air Battles where I like to meme fighters, it's got its own pros and cons in Ground Battles, but so long as you can keep your wits about you, I don't see how the IL-2 would be any worse than the F6F for CAS missions.

I am a rocket enjoyer, enjoyed ROFS-132 and M-13UK on both IL and Su. It's just disappointing to have no rockets on IL-8. On a IL-2M of br 3.3, I can just bring 2*FAB-250 for KV-1B and KW-2, and 4*ROFS-132 for anything else.
I’m pretty sure it’s a war thunder issue with the scout button not working, I use the default “V” key and it also just doesn’t scout sometimes and I have to hit it multiple times for scouting to work.
Hey oddbawz got a video idea for you as a former French main and current Israeli maine. Id like to see you give both countries some love. for the French take out the AMX 40 at 9.7 I had to say this is my absolute favorite tank in the game 120 mm gun 20 mm coax that has saved my life multiple times, it’s fast, the armor isn’t all there but for its br that it’s at I don’t think armor really matters that much anyway I’ve gotten five nukes while playing this game. Two of those nukes have been with this tank. I hope you have fun with it. For the Israelis takeout either the gal Batash or the merkava mark 2B both of these things are really good and I honestly could not decide between the two these two tanks are tied for my second favorite in the game. For the Israeli tanks, all I can say is that they’re quite similar to British vehicles in the sense that they might not be the fastest or the most well armored, but they do pack a serious punch.
If I could even fly in a straight line, this would be a pretty good plane for me. I'll stick to the ground and getting bombed with no counterplay. "That man is probably going to spawn a panzer 4 and come after me". In the business, we call this foreshadowing.
As an airspammer in Enlisted (so not 1:1 I guess) your best ways to not get bombed is staying reasonably mobile and sticking to some visual cover. Just some bushes, trees, buildings, etc that make you not stand out like a sore thumb make bombing you way harder. Sitting in one spot for minutes on end or driving in the biggest possible open space is a great way to eat it
IL-10 is a different iteration, you can even see it in the tech tree in the video. And it sure is way more fun to fly in Enlisted than this concrete road divider lol

I hate seeing all the premium vehicles because I started playing War Thunder on PS4 and now literally have no way to unlink my old PSN account on my PC. So now I just can’t see/ don’t have the option to buy them on the in game store .
I TK so many teammates in spaa these days. You will literally have 2 or 3 teammates shooting through you non stop in the air. They dont care at all anymore. I stand by the blue enemies are above and beyond the most dangerous on the field lol.

that being said, after watching the DISASTER happening to it at 28:10, it clearly also has the durability of a particularly rugged bus.
I basically only play navy and air. And I love all the IL in navy. Damn things can take a pounding and still get the kill and make it back to base
Unlocked it for a test flight as well, first battle I got 3 tanks (with bombs) and 2 planes with main cannons....loved it.

Not a good vehicle, but I'll still get it. Have a wierd soft spot for the Ilyushin flying tanks and the Beaufighters. No idea why, but I do.

I know you dont die much thats why you would not play the whole lineup in one game but it would be nice seeing you play good lineups and see you play like a „normal“ player instead of this cc playstyle
Day 11 of: Since they added the Breda 90/53 they have added a new round for the Italian 90mm gun, maybe you could make a video in the future with a lineup of just 90mm 90/53 guns (Breda 90/53, Breda 501 and 90 /53 M41M)

I TK so many teammates in spaa these days. You will literally have 2 or 3 teammates shooting through you non stop in the air. They dont care at all anymore. I stand by the blue enemies are above and beyond the most dangerous on the field lol.

The scouting issue is a bug! I've had it since the morning.. I have to quick tap the "V" key 3 times for it to register 👺
I thought this thing was gonna end up at around 5.0 maybe 4.7 like TIS MA but nope 3.7 That was pretty damn quick seeing how the BP just landed in the hangar today.
