What I've been finding out about weight issues for one thing is the need for absorption, countering toxicity, blood sugar, etcetera in a roundabout fashion with a wide variety of nutrients. with severe weight issues just going on diets just aggravates the problem anyways. so they've actually got a medication that will reduce your weight by 10% or so at least just by itself can make all the difference they say. Yeah the best things is the larger muscle groups also the back muscles the shoulder muscles workouts do quite a lot but a lot of people just aggravate the problem with diets and everything but you've got to have both b.c that's even worse. really if you just Target it was certain foods so much of the time that by itself is a huge impact like hot foods, magnesium Etc, and that's just one of the things that gets left out in the shuffle is a need for nutrients because certain ones really have a major impact on Weight Control in the first place. well so people start to restrict certain things when really if you get the main foods and all that you need in the first place that's what you need to do otherwise all you're really doing is locking yourself into a pattern
I know so many guys that have gone through recon during itb and washed out and their MOS got recycled to a POG job and just get completely fucked over for the rest of their marine Corp career, better off going to the fleet and building your self up for 2 years then going for it when your ready
I would personaly like to see more on the scout snipers, and their camoflauge abilities. You could step on one of thoose grunts before you see them. And you still wouldn't know their there.
@@cm-pr2ys , Yeah, You are right. However, it is up to General David Berger, USMC, Commandant of The United States Marine Corps, to resurrect the ParaMarines , and, implement them with ANGLICO, Battalion and Force Reconnaissance, and also, MARSOC Raider Regiment.
John Rodriguez I hear you. Originally they were meant for three missions: 1. Raiding and reconnoitering. 2. To serve as an spear head or advance force to take and hold objectives until follow on units arrive. 3. To serve as an independent guerrilla force operating for extended periods of time. They also were NOT mean to be used in the same way as the Army Airborne but rather, intended to be more elite and conduct missions in more of a similar way to the Army Rangers, if anything. I think it’s time to start talking about them again, start interviewing the few remaining veterans before they pass away, and to bring back this type of unit. If Marines don’t like it they don’t have to try out for it. The top brass could make worse decisions with our Corps.

Query: Would these Jump- Qualified Marines be absorbed by MARSOC Raider Regiment, under USSOCOM,or else, be under the Commander of the MAGTF?

I've heard recon ask for volunteers, so when do they ask for volunteers for Recon? Is it after ITB or during ITB?
Angel wick city usually during ITB, but you could come across offers to join while your in the fleet
