In the Baldur’s Gate 3 gameplay walkthrough you can rescue Volo from the Goblin camp and he will offer to remove the Illithid Parasite for you, if you accept Volo will pform eye surgery on your to remove the tadpole. Today ESO reacts to what happens if you make this decition. It is rather disturbing indeed!

For those wondering: The eye he gave us has no purpose in ACT 1 currently but may have interesting interactions in the future. Its description reads that it allows you to see out of it when its detached from your head…. Does this mean it’s an asset? I’ll let you figure that out.
I guess you might be able to use it as a spy camera, which would be really cool!!
Give it to the 1 eyed Warlock.
Maybe it can be used as a special ability, when used increases "ranged hit chance" by 20%, can be used once per combat scenario. And or maybe your perception becomes better allowing less detection range

ESO if i remember corectly Volvo was either a charecter or Npc of the creator of dnd Gary Gygax. Also this is the disclaimer in the dnd book Volvos guide to monsters "If Volo appears in your campaign, your DM is undoubtedly trying to kill your character in a manner that can be blamed on your own actions."

Volo is secretly a Weave Anchor. As per Ed Greenwood (FR Author), Mystra entrusts part of the resiliency of the Weave to him (without Volo’s knowledge). No one thinks to find out because it’s so unlikely.
That’s why a fool like Volo seems to always, improbably, make it out of everything alive.

when i let him do it just because of the fun of it (btw i was on pc and it wasnt as buggy so high resolution ice pick to the eye is a nice thing to watch) he gave me see invisibility
They released an update in Medieval Dynasty so you can adjust the season length now. You can also place lanterns, and have bags to carry more berries.....
game and I'm sure if you don't care about your intelligence it's worth it. surgery loses you one intellegence but you gain an eye, that can see invisible enemies 30 ft away.

Have to check out a game called The Red Lantern. It’s a dog sledding survivor game. With dogs you can choose and pet them to build trust. Super cool game. Check it out as something new to play.

you let him do the eye surgery and then when you go to the hag you offer the eye that was lost in the surgery, thus you loose one eye and gain a bonus

Right now no, but its description may lead to certain interactions in the future since you can see out of it when its detached from your face.

The game developers need to make solid objects solid. There's too much bleed through between characters and objects.
Also, the camera angles and close ups need to be fixed. They're currently nonsensical and very disorienting.

OK, so this is all disgusting and horrible, but all I can do is get distracted by the fact hes stabbing his needle into nothing and your floating about five meters away from where your supposed to be. This game really isnt ready for EA...

@@ESOdanny I suppose you have a point, but I mantain that your game should be functional before you put it on EA. BG3...is not. When I played it, the visual glitches where both horrendous and nauseating, to the point that I ended up refunding it. I'm not saying that it needed to be perfect, but it should at least be functional enough that all the characters are in the right place in cutscenes.
