🧀 Easy Creamy Cheesy Noodles in Milk (ASMR)

Hello awesome people, Today I made super creamy and delicious Noodles in Milk Recipe. I used my favourite Top Ramen Noodles. It is very cheesy. It is a little spicy because of sauteed garlic and chillies. This is the best Instant Noodles Recipe ever I made.
INGREDIENTS
Instant Noodles - 1 (I used my favourite Top Ramen Noodles)
Butter - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 4
Green chillies - 2
Carrot - 1/4 (Or any other vegetable you like)
All-purpose flour (Maida) - 1 tbsp
Milk - 1.5 cups
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Cheese - 1/4 cups

You can make without it, it will taste good with only milk just add less milk and some more Cheese.
