I wish I could see it though. The reason I uploaded this is that I couldn't find any nice videos on TH-cam, so I thought I could at least add the audio with a cute photo :) Thanks for listening!
@@SelvaggiaRibica Thank you for your reply and for uploading the audio portion of the original video. I assume that only Ramdesh Kaur herself could have removed the video portion for her own personal reasons. I tried to do this wonderful mudra to open the heart but I found it too exhausting to do and yet Ramdesh Kaur did it with total ease. That is what so impressed me. Wow!
@@BillGabriel-v4s I think you are right about the original video. It's a pity but there's nothing we can do about it, unfortunately. Sat Kartar is my favourite mantra as I fell in love with it the first time I heard it. I find it very easy and I'm always happy to do it, but they say one should be doing the ones they find hard to do because they activate the chakra that needs our attention :) Good luck with it and hope you can manage to do the full 11 minutes one day!
