    For people who love planners and planning, papers and pens, we need to show ourselves “grace and mercy” and realize that some items are forever and some are for a season. In these changing times we are collectively experiencing, our needs for what we carry and plan in may have changed as it has for me. As another TH-cam planner, Plan with Marianne, says, my planner may not be perfect but it is mine and it is for me and it’s ok. I am sharing this as I am reiterating this to myself as well. Use or not use or change uses, they are ours and we can do as we please. Thank you for sharing your planner experiences. And your voice is very soothing. Be blessed.

      ♥️ thank you so much for your kind words. I’m not sure if I’m subbed to Marianne, but she sounds like someone great to follow.

    Just want to add on top of your information. the grid insert has a bit different quality than the blank/dot-grind paper. I found my fountain pen line width sizes up by 1 when using on the grind paper compared to blank/dot-grid paper. For someone like me whose highest/largest line width tolerance is Japanese fine it is a deal breaker. It is pitty because grid paper is my favorite ruling. I now just buy the lightweight paper and puta sheet of grind paper underneath the current page as a ruling guide.

    I love the way your brown cover looks! I have a black one and a brown one. My brown cover has a tougher leather like the black cover. The brown cover I got also came out of the box with a much lighter spine and it scratches really easy.

      Thank you. I love scratches I would 🤎 your brown.

    I love how thorough you were with these amazing covers and system 😊 I love seeing leather patina too so I've been super hesitant to purchase one😖 It's interesting how different your blue tn is! I adore my blue, it is so flexible and soft & the color is so bright! Travelers leathers are all just so different!

      I want your blue!!! Did you do anything to lighten it? Thank you so much for watching, commenting, and for your kind words. ☺️

      @@MamaGraciePlans Nah it was lighter than normal out the box, I was surprised I expecting almost that. It has lightened significantly over time. I dont condition my tn leathers so maybe thats why?

      @@FrenchyInFocus you are so very lucky! You got what you were hoping for. It could be why. I was thinking about letting my TNs go without the hand cream massage to see if I could bring up some more scratches and changes.

      @@MamaGraciePlans Oh yeah any lotion and oils will darken the leather and almost prevent scratching.Some folks will use leather cleaner to remove the build up of oil and ive seen tns brighten up alot! If you try it I would love to see it :D Maybe I'll oil mine in a few years just to keep the leather healthy? I dunno lol

    I just found a company out of California called Baum Kuchen. They do a thing called Truly Yours where you can get leather pockets sewn in. Patches sewn on, etc.
    This is handy if you have found you like the pockets, but they won't stick. (I am not at all affiliated with this company. I just found them and love the concept.)
    Also, I just found you. I love this video. I am pretty new to Travelers Company and TN's in general. I appreciate your content.

      Hi Angie. Thank you for watching. I’ve heard of them. I would love to have my blue or brown one done, but it sure is costly. Welcome to the TC TN community.

      I’ve seen this before but wasn’t sure as I didn’t see that many reviews of it anywhere. How do you like it?

    • @MamaGraciePlans
      @MamaGraciePlans  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@animerose18 you’re welcome. I love mine. I’ve had it for years and it’s still holding up well and very functional for me. I stack my cards together so they all fit and it looks extremely nice in my passport. My passport is still my smallest and thinnest wallet setup of all of my other Tn/planner wallets. It’s perfect for smaller bags or even simple setups. My zipper is still smooth too. Not a stitch out of place.
