- In this video I share a haul unboxing including the new olive coloured passport traveler’s notebook from Traveler’s Company! I compare it to my original limited edition olive TN from 2017. Then I setup my new notebook!

Blue standard was my first TRC and it’s by far my favourite! I think it’s beautiful and mine is very blue rather than blue black so it’s so pretty
I always put one jump band on each string. The shorter string doesn’t dig into any of the inserts because it’s not attached to them, just the jump band. I find I fit way more in if I use both strings, 1 jump band per string, 2 inserts per jump band
I didn't think about this and didn't see it done in any of the videos I watched. I think it's a great ideea...going to mine now to do just that! Thank you! 😁
Ooh I’ve never thought of trying both strings! Stop tempting me with the blue 🤣🤣🤣 if I make it to any stationery shops in Paris and see the blue….hmmm might cave 🤣🤣🤣

Yes it’s so cool they’ve added it as it’s such a shame when things are limited edition, makes them too expensive! I do really love the new olive! Matches my new studio colour scheme 🤣🤣🤣

Oh my days that is stunning! I don't own a passport but I think I have to get this one. I think she is a beauty. I too don't have the blue or the black for that matter. But the Olive is my fave and my edc. BTW I have an Olive/khaki canvas pouch in regular size so they must do them as mine matches the Olive reg beautifully.
If the olive is your edc I should think it would love a baby sister 🤣🤣 yes, you’re right, you can get olive pouches, it’s on my wish list lol! 😘😘
I don' t order a olive notebook, only the stickerreleasebook. I orderd at Cafe Analog and they told us they where delayed on shipping because the notebooks aren't there yet. Pfff. Maybe i buy a olive one once but i just got the brown and black cover and a lot, lot, lot of pettapes from Pion2015 and a few stamps so my budget for the whole year is gone😂😂😂😂

Yay for Olive!! Sorry to be the bearer of expensive news but yes there are Olive canvas zipper pouches in both passport and regular sizes. I think a matchy matchy scenario would be excellent here. I am being a model of virtue and haven’t purchased one but have been dropping some very strong blatant hints about Mother’s Day and the Olive regular with Olive canvas pouch to my beloved family ( for whom I do soooo much)… that sort of thing. 🤣😂
I know what you mean about the charms on the hotel edition, that was the only let down that they didn’t do matching rose gold charms. As soon as I find an appropriate swap out that’s happening! 😉 loved seeing your new set up and customisation Ali! 💕Louise

To avoid overhang, I sometimes slide the last insert’s front cover (as opposed to the middle page) in between the previous two inserts. I don’t know how to explain it. 🫠
Oooh I think that I might have done something similar with my inserts to avoid hangover after re-watching Mary’s video. As you say, it’s hard too explain. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Hello I'm fascinated with the journals. I'm new to all this. I have got a field note size coming. Do you know where I can get, a calendar, diary, planner type of thing for it. Love your videos. ❤
I think your best bet would be Etsy. Type in field notes TN inserts and then use the filter to focus on shops in your country. I haven’t bought that size in a long time so I can’t recommend any. Hello Ali. I love your TN collection and how you use them About your olive pen loop, I use it with a kaweco like yours. Really you can’t put all the pen, but you can put the narrow part of the pen. The pen loop I put it in the lower part of the TN and hold with the rubber. A photo could be better to explain it. Congrats for your vídeos.

Loved your setup and especially the "fancy inserts ,haven't sent any here in Oz,like the sticker release and the writing pad etc....ost shops have the pri ted only the first couple of months kf tbe year so ive had to go blank i serts which i dont mind at alll ,except id like more selection here 😅we do have the passport cotton olive inserts here too .my fav is the olive but I'm sure I will love the camel also .that's my next buy in the reg size next month, thou .loved your video once again .smiles n hugs 🫶🌻

Loved your video!! There is a Traveler's Factory Passport Paper Cloth Zipper insert in Olive. I have one. It has the “fourrouf” logo on it.

I have bought the standard olive but think I need the passport too…! Also, I use the second string at the back too. It doesn’t look like it works, but it does.

I think the patina on your 2017 olive standard size is absolutely amazing!! And I need to say that I’m not a super fan of the camel tn, but the one you have aged so beautifully!! I hope that the one that I have will be like that soon 🙏🏼😅
