follow step but make you not to download any virus infections as you will be downloading this software from third party website -
step 1
download software from google tfm tool pro 2.0 latest version
open software from fold file download tfm tool pro 2.0.0 loader
then click on ADB And Fastboot - then click on fast boot -
then from phone press power and volume down key to put phone into fast boot mode
then click on reboot to recovery mode from software
your phone will be rebooted and this will take you to recovery mode where you can wipe and rest phone
this will remove your phone passcode and factory reset will be done .

The fast boot process ain't working
When i try to press combination of buttons my phone restart after 30 seconds and doesn't enter in hard reset menu can you help me please?

please go through the steps and this will work 100% as we have faces the same issue in the beginning -
download software the one we have mentioned . press and hold power and volume down key phone will restart into fast boot then open software and reset to recovery mode - thats it
