Brilliant! It worked, you are a lifesaver, I had several Nokia 2.4 to hard reset and nothing worked, I tried several paid software and nothing...My It colleagues will be thrilled, they also tried to hard reset those Nokia, with no success :-)
Thanks. The critical success is to uninstall old driver (MTP or MKT) then install ADB driver to the drive.

Instead of that i did "fastboot reboot recovery" works fine to putting the phone in recovery mode using command prompt
