Badger Mountain Challenge 2023 | "There's No Easy 100"

A challenging 100 mile ultramarathon in Richland, WA, USA. The race doesn't seem too demanding with (only) 16,000 feet of elevation gains, but this is a tough 100 miler as runners are fully exposed to unpredictable weather and harsh elements of Eastern Washington due to no natural covers. In 2023, we had to endure bitter cold and raging winds of over 30 mph!

Interesting timing, this just showed up in my video feed today. Definitely enjoy seeing the rest of the course and runners out there, especially fun to see the start. I run the Orchard Aid Station for the duration, so I'm not able to get out and about on course.

Hey Ryan, thanks for reaching out! Badger's tougher than it appears on the surface. I DNF'd once @ around 70M - up on the ridge overnight and it was freezing cold! I just signed up for 2024 Badger Mountain (my 5th Badger!) so I'll see you at the start line! Good luck training.
