About Below Deck:
Capt. Kerry trades the Nordic Sea for crystal blue waters and stunning waterfalls as he leads his crew in the rich, historical island of Grenada. A disciplined and fair leader, Capt. Kerry has 30 years of experience working on boats and has spent almost two decades in yachting. As he steps on to St. David for the first time, Capt. Kerry relies on returning crew members Chief Stew Fraser Olender and Ben Willoughby to help the new staff find their way around the massive 197 ft. vessel.
In his second season as Chief Stew, Fraser vows to be a firmer leader by delegating more and not worrying himself with befriending his stews. However, his new leadership style may not be enough to wrangle the strong personalities in his department. On deck, Ben’s firsthand experience with the ship causes a rift with his Bosun, Jared.
Meanwhile, Chef Anthony, a Miami restaurateur from France, hopes to breathe new life into the galley. But when a messy kitchen catches Capt. Kerry’s eye during the first charter, the galley reaches a boiling point. Between budding boatmances, explosive nights out and department drama, it’s not all smooth sailing in Grenada.

the captains seem like some of the only Bravo stars that remain in their professional careers, are levelheaded, and don't become clout chasers changed by TV. love them!

Love all the captains..my father is a captain of 2 diff vessels himself amd I spent half my life working for him in middle of Atlantic and no1 can really understand what it's like unless you experience it yourself! Props to all captains as it's on a whole or level of pressure and responsibility and being at sea makes stakes higher than any other job and en statistically most dangerous jobs on earth are at sea and I've lost to many at sea myself ...stay amazing all of you
Yes, my comments were similar. My father a commercial fisherman. They are responsible for so much!!!!! And are heavily trained and mandated constantly.
@@kharper4772 really that's awesome ! And yes the amount of regulations and constant training and courses and inspections and pressure is incomparable to anything else! I could only imagine having to have a film crews lives in your hands to let alone the crew itself! Lol my dad always would put most pressure on me cuz I was the captains son and yet the rest of the crew had 10 x more time and experience than me lol.. made it extra tough for sure..but wouldn't trade ot for the world ! Also hope the same for my son and I one day too tho hes only turning 9 but growing fast !🤯

Anyhow, stay safe out there! We have lost a few as well on the west coast bar here on the Columbia. Most treaturest bar on the west coast. Stay safe

Capitã Sandy precisa ser um pouco mais humilde, e líder mais presente.A prova foi a forma que a capitã sandy conduziu o caso da Hanna, foi desleal, já que foi dura com a Hanna falando que não trabalhava com Paixão, cada ser tem a forma de mostrar sua Paixão.
Gosto do Capitão glenn, mas as vezes parece que é o irmão mais velho com a turma 😂😂.
Já os outros dois não os conhece como capitães. Só o Kerry que vive com o Capitão glenn.

Captain is not one of my favorite, I think he let Kate get away with a lot of bull shit, treating people like nothing. Kate was a B, and Captain Lee made he that way. His crew couldn't even go to him for help.
Not to be intentionally negative, but i must say it's actually been really nice not seeing seasons of Lee's lately. When you have captains like sandy jason and kerry, lee kinda looks like a bit of a joke.
My father retired as a commercial fisherman. He was the captain and I can tell you, shit will go really wrong if you don't have someone like captain Lee. It's a business, and a dangerous one. Somebody saying Lee is the worst? When he is the grandfather teaching all the young bucks( as my dad would say) he is fun, while not being in charge of a multi million dollar boat, along with some( said some) entitled crew, being disrespectful. Mariner laws are very strict. You should know that, since you cant stamd to see him anymore? He didn't get where he is for being a bad captain. His life changed from a health issue.....never fired for being a.bad captain.
