Here's one I haven't seen noted anywhere, although I might have missed it. Daniel Drumm - the brother of Brother Voodoo (Jericho Crumm) who eventually became Doctor Voodoo, the Sorcerer Supreme - was the Guardian of the New York Sanctum and was killed by Kaecilius. Considering his ghost is attached to Jehrico in the comics, perhaps we will be seeing Brother Voodoo at some point.

Right off the bat: No. Donald Glover's push to play Spider-Man came BEFORE Miles Morales was created/premiered.
The movement to get Donald to be Peter-Parker began in May 2010, when they were still casting for The Amazing Spider-Man. Brian Michael Bendis was still in the development process of creating the character of Miles Morales, when he saw Donald Glover wearing a Spider-Man outfit/PJs on an episode of Community that first aired in late September 2010. Bendis liked what he saw, and partially developed Morales' image on Glover as a result.
Glover did not campaign to be Spider-Man because of the creation of Miles Morales. He campaigned to be Peter Parker, which helped shape the creation of Miles.

Namor is not really considered a hero. More anti-hero/villain. Whatever is best for him and Atlantis.
Much like T'challa has been portrayed in the comics. A King first and foremost who will often side with the heroes, but because it is right for his people above all else, and will stand against them if it he feels it isn't in his people's best interest.
Some people may not know that the Hobgoblin also exists in the MCU, and he is non other then Peter Parker’s best friend Ned Leeds. In the comics, Ned is a reporter for the Daily Bugle and is husband to Betty Brant. After being brainwashed, he is the third person to take up the mantle of the Hobgoblin.
