I noticed something. In a recent video Anthony did on his Year in the Life series he gambled with Alfred on mini golf and almost stuck Alfred with a $40k loss. Roman recently sat down with Alex and talked about retirement accounts and managing investments sensibly. LB is an intense environment to work in, but the guy at the top has the best interest of his people front and center. It's impressive.

I think some people appreciate meeting others face to face & creating a relationship that way. Especially when dealing with high end purchases, sending 2 guys to Florida will please those types of buyers & also be a good look for the company that no matter the store or buyer you guys are willing to work with them to benefit both parties. The state of Florida and especially Miami is a hot place to be. A lot of investment firms, start ups and tech companies are moving away from NY, Cali etc. to Florida. These companies see the massive potential. And like Adrian mentioned in the video, if South America opens the border, there will be a lot of rich folks willing to spend some money in the South Beach area. It's a good decision - business and content wise.

Funny that Adrian thought the Jacksonville deal was a waste..”you can meet a 100 clients in an hour on Instagram”…but wants to open a retail store in Miami. $3k was the cost for Jacksonville but it won’t pay for 10sq ft of space in Miami per month.
I understand what you are saying Roman, the exposure that you would get on a personal level will definitely benefit the business and pick up new clients, and for a business to give such a generous offer it would be stupid not to take up the opportunity
