bring the old grey market back. dont do staged shit. the best part of the show is that its real. keep the grey background comments and don't change anything else. the production was already good in season 1 pls dont change anything and make it seem more and more scripted.
Like the next generation of watch dealers! I think Adrian watched the last season and overthought! Lmao notice how he talked more than EVER THIS EPISODE! DONT CHANGE A THING! Plz don’t become boring/dry!
People are actually buying watches from these guys exactly because of their personality but i totally get what Adrian means. Adrian is a one of a kind leader and you can tell that once you re with him you re going up together. Fantastic video
I actually disagree with Adrian red Harding the perception of Alex and Nick. Yes they joke around, but it kind of humanizes them, and whenever we see them at trade shows or on the phone with clients, we actually see that they are incredibly professional. My own two cents, but I love the banter, and I would definitely buy from them
Unquestionably the best watch related channel on TH-cam. Don’t get the same sense of narcissism that some other content providers exuded, seems to be a very honest portrayal of a week in the life of.
Yes I would like to see them doing sales in there entirety- from the first call- to the watch being it shipped out or the sale falling through. This would be educational and interesting.
Great show everyone nick and Alex have been killing it really enjoy the back and forth humor but can understand having them being showed as a little more grown up for some people who take things more seriously.
Don't want Nick or Alex to change, but would love to see them closing deals and how they speak to clients, Adrian is a boss. The dynamic of the show is raw and real and that is it's appeal, keep up the brilliant content, Liverpool U.K. .
This has got to be one if not the best vlog you (all) have done for ages. Keep this up and I can see your subs go through the roof. A pleasure to watch.
As a viewer of the show we appreciate the humor between Alex and Nick but with that said I can see where Adrian is coming from, Adrian understands that every buyer calling or contacting LB is not a viewer of the show and would then not see the whole context. Correct me if im wrong, only speaking from a viewer's pov. Love the series and as always cheers!
Man I’ve binged the first 2 grey market series this past week or so, all I have to say is I would love to meet every single person involved in LB you guys are all such genuine, hilarious and knowledgeable people in this industry. I’ve learned so much just in the little bit from watching the grey market series. If I ever find myself in a position to get a luxury watch (that I’ve been eyeing for years) LB will be the ones I go to just bc of what I’ve seen off this show!
First.. I look forward to Grey Market every week! Love the show! Nic and Alex are great and I don’t think they are portrayed as idiots. They know there shit and do a great job!
The best proof that the boyz are serious business men is their success in selling watches. The mix of biz and fun is what makes Grey Market such a great show. So keep calm and let them carry on, Adrian.
I love this show!!! I've been binge watching your episodes since I recently just found this channel and you guys have the best content on TH-cam or on TV. keep up the great work!! also I dont think they're being portrayed in a negative light to the extent where a client would be hesitant to make a deal with them but I do understand where adrian is coming from.
All the best in 2022 to all the team amazing video keep the videos coming only thing that I look forward to with still in hospital watcjed every video now 7 months in hospital still videos kept me busy liked comment and shared
I love your guys show, I literally can't wait for every Monday just because I love the watches so much and you guys are awesome about showing them, thanks again for everything you do your really an inspiration
I agree with Adrian 100%. If I was buying/selling from LB, I’d be asking to do business with Adrian only (based on how Nick & Alex are portrayed). However, reading the comments, some people would only want to do business with Alex or Nick based on the same portrayal.
Fantastic video, love the behind the scenes management side! Think portray them as they are to an extent. Keep it fun but I fully see the point that if they want to sell high end pieces they need to behave like a proffesional as you have to trust them with so much money, if it's nothing but fun and jokes it doesn't build that trust. Keep up the awesome work.
Adrian is 100% correct about highlighting more deals and less silliness. Before Grey Market, I bought my first watch from Anna based on the WOMD content which FEATURED WATCHES (what a novel idea). LB should go “back to its knitting” and showcase what makes a watch special and why a collector should buy it now. I am a value buyer and am not buying to resell (although getting a good deal is important). One day the brakes will be slammed on the perpetual increase in market prices, and relationships will be key to survival. If you dress like a pauper and act silly all the time then you shouldn’t expect to be respected.
I really liked the short part about diamonds! Especially fancy colored diamonds are flying under the radar when it comes to investments. However, the diamond market is not transparent when it comes to pricing and what you could be gaining on a possible sale. 💎🙏🏼
Adrian: "I don't give a F%*K about Grey Market/Content. I care about the business" Anthony (TPG): "I only care about content. Who else wants to make a 'Day In The Life' series?"
Another great video. It’s great seeing the behind the scenes stuff , love seeing the boys , everyone needs a laugh but some more behind the scenes stuff would be great . I look forward to this time of the week 😎
People buy from people. Good salespeople morph to the client. Most salespeople can get a feel for how to interact with a client within the first few minutes of meeting/talking to the client. My favourite part of any sale is the first few moments of meeting, knowing how to interact. (Yeah, sealing a deal and commission is up there……..) Sales, love it or hate it, we all do it, every day. Loving the series. Looking forward to the next one.
I disagree with Adrian I feel like if I was to buy an expensive watch would want to buy from Nick or Alex because I feel like I really know them from watching the videos and really seeing their personality and not just their business persona
What a difference in how Adrian handles business and how TPG handles business. Glad LB is doing things the right way and everyone is so professional and respectful about the business, the customers and handling cash.
Love the content, I could understand what Adrian is saying, but I would definitely buy a watch from alex or nick. Would like to see them and how they act during closing a big deal though. Maybe that would help them. Still love seeing them goofing around at the same time. Going to be hard to figuring that one out. Good luck and keep up the great work.
There definitely has to be a balance. You can show the laugh and goofing off, but you have to show the serious side where they talk about the watches. That piece with Nick where he was giving her pointers and gave that little bit of info on the jewelry was fucking amazing. It gives you look at just how serious they take their work. You have to show that you know your shit first and foremost but you need to also show that you know how to have fun.
Great show guys, me and my wife enjoy watching your videos I hope to meet you one day we are from Texas all the way to the end of Texas Google south padre island. Greetings
I'm sure people from very different backgrounds from all across the world watch this show and enjoy different aspects from it. I agree with Avi that Nick and Alex goofing around do add a fun and light tone to the show and in many ways that's why clients actually pick up their phone to call them to begin with, and I certainly do see Adrian's perspective on how the two of them may not be portrayed as serious businessmen. I do think though, that if I was the client who's done deals with Alex and Nick, I should be able to tell exactly how professional they are off camera anyway. But either way, I agree with both sides. However, for me the highlight of this episode is actually the meetings. I really, really enjoy seeing the meetings that took place and how these very capable people discuss an issue and work their ways collectively as a team. I guess this is what makes Grey Market very enjoyable for me, because one gets to see so many aspects of how a successful business such as Luxury Bazaar is run. I've learned so much from this show, not just about watches, or watch dealing but also about how to manage different personalities and how they work together despite many differences to achieve greater common goals. And of course, the editing and video qualities are also getting better and smoother, great job all, thanks for these great contents!
I watch the story of buying & selling, the clips of goofy around. Tho I’m not a Hi-End collector/Budget collector. I really like your Channel. Good job on it !
I think it’s a delicate balance. If you did a poll of who people would want to buy a watch from it might be Adrian? I think showing Nick and Alex grinding out deals would show more credibility in my opinion. That being said I would not eliminate the humor aspects between the staff. Good luck and keep going!
Shocking if Adrian was saying they’re not making 6 figures already. The way Alex seems to spend money you woulda thought forsure he’s well into 6 figures
" Don't do anything that's not gonna make you look good" Meanwhile Nick looks like he's either a homeless guy or a Grunge dude from Seattle in the 90's. I get it's a casual dress setting but sometimes it's not a good look when someone looks like they literally slept in their car and rolled into the office.
I agree with Adrian. I think sometimes they come off less professional as they should. But it is fun to see their personality. And yes, winter is coming to the watch market.
Adrian is 100% correct, to the average person who isn't buying these level of watches this is fun to watch but to the big business guy he wants to do business with a person he respects.
I think that them being funny and intractive with the cameras is what makes the show. When they act normal on camera they seem like they have no soul or purpose in life. I love that they mess around and then showing them back to business and selling.
I think Adrian had too much time to think while he was sick. Way overboard about they way Alex and Nick are "portrayed". They're young smart salesmen. Everyone knows that. They're just having a good time.
My mind is this, as long as you do good business and your clients respect you and and you respect the client and you take the sales seriously thats is good enough. Dont change as a person. Thank you. Grey Market is great show. ⌚
Luv when yall facetimed Nikko w the Hublots lmao he hung up lol ,only to answer again ,but your Watch community is like a big family and we all get to feel a part of that and that wen u know your doing it rite guys!!!!!
Thing is the customer doesn't know when you received that in your inventory so to them its new, but for you as a business its best to sell the older stuff first, you have more time to sell the newer. In my business it's easy to sell the new collection as soon as its out of the box, but when you get down to broken sizes you have to pick out that particular client that needs that piece.
I think they are portrayed as hard workers and nice guys, but they are portrayed (you asked) as very materialistic and somewhat juvenile. Do they really think wearing the same shirt in 10 days or whatever strange? Most people think paying $100 for a t shirt is strange. Real Men have people who depend on them.
I don’t think Nick or Alex are being portrayed in a wrong way. It seems more that they are being themselves unless there are part that are scripted to make it interesting than I think it’s okay at the end of the day it’s a TH-cam channel it’s supposed to entertaining

To be honest, they look like children. I know that's not true, but if you show them selling watches, can't argue with success. Good luck
People are actually buying watches from these guys exactly because of their personality but i totally get what Adrian means. Adrian is a one of a kind leader and you can tell that once you re with him you re going up together. Fantastic video
I like the way they're portrayed.
Alex is the perfect balance of messing around and professionalism
It would be perfect if Roma would buy my Uber impressive invicta timepiece! Only 8k! Other offers are welcome

I actually disagree with Adrian red Harding the perception of Alex and Nick. 19:16 “I’m gonna call Anthony” “Ahh don’t call him” 😂😂😂 Throwing shade at Timepiece Gentleman
Ha missed that at first
No offense, throw Alex and Nick in some dress wear once or twice a week. The whole office should do it.
Keep it the way it is. Also, when are we going to get a tour of the antiques and collectibles in Romans office? Would make for a good segment.
Great show everyone nick and Alex have been killing it really enjoy the back and forth humor but can understand having them being showed as a little more grown up for some people who take things more seriously.

I love the new videography, looks 1000000 times better! Keep the content coming guys, it always makes my day!

That vintage AP was awesome!
