Great video, WillDoesMagic. Looking forward to your next upload! I tapped the thumbs up icon on your content. Keep up the fantastic work! Your explanation of the card trick was really clear. Have you considered discussing the psychology behind audience perception in magic tricks?
Huge thank you for those kind and inspiring words! I have not thought about that but that could certainly be an option for the future! Would have to figure out how to imply it on the channel as most of my subscribers want an easy and quick card trick but it could be a great option for those who likes to get into the depth of magic!
Hi Will, i hope you are doing well. Your trick was done very well. Thanks for sharing it. When I watched your video the 1st time, I was laughing because I performed a 4 ace routine similar to your trick yesterday. Lol. As you know, there are many ways to produce a card or 4 cards. Before the trick started, I put 2 aces, red / blk, on top of the deck. I put a red ace 11 cards from the top, and I put the 4th ace, blk, on the bottom of the deck. After i pulled the deck out of the box, I did a few false cuts and false shuffles. I did the slip force 2x, putting the top 2 aces face down on the table Then I did the 10-20 force. The ace is now the 9th card from the top, and I got the 3rd ace on the table. For the 10-20 force. To do this force, ask the spectator to name a number between 10-20. Then you deal that many cards face down on the table. Now, if their number is 11, add the 2 digits 1 +1=2. Deal 2 cards back on the deck, from the 11 cards dealt , and put the next card face down next to the other 2 aces. With the 4th ace on the bottom, I did the Hindu sfuffle force, and when he said , "STOP, I showed the bottom card, the ace." I put it face up next to the other 3 face-down cards. I reminded him that he could have stopped me anywhere the first 2 times, picked a different number, and told me to stop anywhere the last time. I said how it is very ironic that we have the ace face up, then i turned over the other 3 cards to show all 4 aces. 😮 I learned to put the 4 aces on top of the deck and do 4 slip forces as a prediction, a routine, or to force 4 of a kind, with 4 slip forces, and do a😮 whole different routine w the 4 of a kind. I didnt like repeating the slip force that many times because, IMO, that wouldn't look right, and I thought it would be cool to change the routine and do other forces to add some excitement to the trick, lol. Thanks.
If you don’t mind, I might try and learn this version and upload it on my channel? I feel like it could be a great way of letting the engaged subscribers on this channel provide their own content and magic tricks!
The 'Magician's Force' you mention is commonly referred to as 'The Classic Force', should your viewers wish to learn it. Nice video!
Thanks for the info!
@WillDoesMagic Did you know that British magician Paul Daniels was so good at that force, he could do it behind his back?
That is surely something special to be able to do!
