    Just so you know the otters do kind of run off the fish for a little while. After about 30 minutes the fish starts to get active again. And the only time I caught a bass on a chopo bait was stopping and starting the retrieve again. I don’t get to bass fish much because I live in Alaska so when I go south I fish when and where ever I can. I love your content as usual!

    We fished where a family of otters were feasting a couple weeks ago. There was a reason they were there. We caught probably 15 fish in 14 casts to that same little pool. One was a double up on a shallow crankbait. The wildlife knows where the fish are.

    Love your videos been watching all summer looking to get me a yak. Was wondering if you'd do a video on how you use your fish finders? Also wondering why you have some right handed and some left handed reels? Thanks

    • @sambageian
      @sambageian หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      the different reels serve different purposes. as a righty your right hand is more coordinated and stronger, so typically you will see people punch with a left hand reel if they are right handed since you can flip more accurately and swing really hard when you get a bite. right hand retrieve is nice for walking baits and topwater because you usually add some type of handle input as you twitch the rod to get a smooth and consistent side to side walk. there’s a lot more to this but those are just 2 examples.
