Please forgive my ignorance on the subject I’m rather new to the world of spirits. How would you say the flavor profile on this differs from say an apple liquor? Or perhaps a blend of cognac and apple liquor as I’ve seen with flavored brandy’s. Thanks so much!

I bake a fair amount and have come across a few recipes calling for this. It’s kind of pricey if youre baking with it
