The Haunting Beauty Of This Coast. Shipwreck Of The SS Leysian From The Air!

- I take my DJI Mavic 3 Classic along the cliffs near Abercastle in north Pembrokeshire, to the site of the final resting place of the steamship 'SS Leysian'. The ship was sadly lost at the foot of these cliffs in 1917, however fortunately all the crew were saved.
If I can safely get down to the base of the cliffs, I intend to try and find the remains of the wreck with my Fifish V6 Expert ROV; watch this space!

I spend far too much time fishing for Sea Bass around the coast there. But there again….maybe not enough time. I absolutely love the whole area. Nice video, Diolch yn fawr.

Lovely footage, but curious as to why you refer to the wreck as a 'haunted' site. There was no loss of life.
Thank you! Re the word 'haunted' - more of a reference to the haunting beauty of the place, and the wreck, but I acknowledge that it's not the best choice of words to use, for the reason you have given. Thank you for your feedback 👍🏻

@@SkySeaPembrokeshire I've got a Fatyak Kaafu. I wanted a sit on top style, not too heavy. It's very stable - I've used it as a platform for diving/swimming from too. There's a few vids on my channel showing it if you want to take a look.
