"Come one...come all...to the BANDITO BALL!!!" Leshhhh Gedddiiitttt!!! 🔥🌵🤠
#nohairs welcome
@@-DEATHSTROKE not even speaking of such a thing is allowed.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but an inverted control arm pitched upwards on a strut will cause camber to go positive - not more negative - because of the extreme arc as the suspension compresses moves the lower end closer to the chassis. Additionally, an inverted lower control arm doesn’t itself cause bumpsteer on the front end, the bumpsteer comes from the lower control arm and the tie rod rotating at different archs from each other, that’s why both the lower control arm and the tie rod have adjustable height ball joints with spacers.
4:01 Rigid is the word. Episode 69. Nice.
"Direct" is the word he was looking for.
Responsive :)
I love T3 been buying parts from them for the aw11's for 12 years or so now.
Roll centre explanation was a bit backwards Tim, if the LCA is above horizontal you're losing Camber as the suspension compresses.
As well as making the actual roll centre way too high..
Really great you're upgrading as the project progresses, lots of people get a "plan" stuck in their head and follow it through right or wrong.
indeed
Yeah, those are some pretty swingy boys
gosh, this thing is so cool. wish chevy s10s had companies that would make parts like those.
I just put these on my car not too long ago along with T3's evolved coilovers and camber plates, can't wait to get everything aligned and corner balanced so I can go test it out.
How is the suspension holding up?
Ep 69. Nice.
Chris Long nice
Changing the roll bar link to lower control arm pickup point changes the roll bar stiffness, further out = stiffer 👍
I think it's the other way around...shorter is less of a lever and increases the rate to bend/twist the roll/sway bar..... longer is a longer lever that is easier to bend/twist and lessens the rate.
Got my shirt today. Thanks fellas
Looks like a bomb ass setup!
Duuudee
Next video's gonna be on the dyno??
Holy, it's been 10 years and we're about to be shot out of this galaxy.
Crazy! Can't wait
Definitely been looking into these for my s13 and I’ve been trying to justify buying them and I think this sealed the deal. I want these specifically because of the adjustability and complexity. When you get into higher levels of driving you really need the adjustment to feel the car and it’s connection to the road. Personally I hate stock suspension because its too sloppy. I like my car pointy and It’s all micro adjustments that really make the car drive better and my suspension setup may be a bit over engineered with active suspension dampening but tbh it makes things run a bit smoother when all the parts work in symphony. It’s complex but with light fast cars honestly I feel like this gives a bit more control to the car as opposed to something simple and rudimentary. on top of that they look gorgeous so I’m really thinking I might just suck it up and buy these. May need to powder coat them to match tho lol.
Looks like lca u need the longer balljoints make the lca angled downwards slightly when the car sitting on the ground...
Hence you were hitting bumps/high cornering load, the lca goes parallel at its maximum suspension stroke...
Really cool setup🤘🏽🤘🏽
Holy smoke dyno tuning next episode? Can't wait
Episode 69 yeee xD
Filip K nice
episode 69.... nice
After all this time, THE KID DUPREE and DEATHSTROKE are still talking about #nohair. Love it.
International shipping! I want a 240Z top
Awesome gear, wish they made that stuff for old falcons!
Nice
Had no idea you could swap a S14 knuckle on top a S30. That's awesome
the angle of the dangle
they look like a badass shifter setup lol
Episode 69. Nice
So THIS is the next step!! :D
Love it as always !!
Tried to buy a shirt but it appears that you only sell to the US, any chance you can add overseas shipping?
Was just going to post the same thing...would love a 240z shirt, damn
At the moment we can’t offer it unfortunately.
@@StreetBandito you'll never make America great again if you don't export ;-)
I checked out their website. Unfortunately they don't carry anything for the ZZW30.
Dude I want a ZZW30 so bad and if I get one then maybe we'll make some parts!
They do now!
Is not the ackerman angle wrong when swaping the spindles from left to right?
Looks like it! Check out around @19:15 you will see that the lower ball joint is closer to the rotor than the joint at the steering arm instead of the opposite when the steering rack is in the front. Will be interesting to see how they solve this...
This was mentioned like a year ago in comments when these knuckles were put on.
It'll have anti Ackerman setup like it is, not a bad thing for high speed sweeping corners, guess we'll have to wait and see how it performs.
For road use they will last longer, but for hard track driving they will wear.
lowered McPherson cars will actually lose camber if the arm is like what you were showing in @8:30, that's why you want to compensate for it, nobody wants to lose camber on bump
Where the tension rod connects to the control rod its a threaded bolt all the way with no bearing? Seems weird
Does adjustment to the lower arm length affect camber in addition to track width? Awesome build
I don’t care about the swingarms I just wanted to say ... nice.
amazing video
What’s the community consensus on apex vs T3? I think I’m leaning towards Apex but I really want to know what others think the pros and cons are. T3 is the OG but are they long in the tooth now?
Episode Nice
Do you set the front track width the same as the rear? Do you want then to be about the same width. Or did you go extra wide in the front?
Are you going to go back
And drill and safety wire any bolts, or safety wire anything for that matter
Huge Rod Gang lol
360p :D :P
Those brake discs look to be on the wrong side (if they’re directional that is)
When will you start to drive it ?...
Skreet Banditoes
GK tech s14 knuckles?
What happen to the HD
Does Techno Toy do international shipping?
Yes we do
You said you want your tie rods to be parallel to the ground. Are you sure about that? I forgot a lot of Suspension 101.
Tie rods that are not parallel will have bump steer because they are not arcing in the same radius.
What would the result be from having the ball joint and strut offset in the wrong direction like you were mentioning?
I believe that it would cause the car to have a reduced steering angle lock and turning speed.
@@fish7810 Interesting, I have reversed s14 knuckles like he mentioned but they steering pickups have been modified to correct ackerman angle. Guess I outta check the ball joint offset.
@@PortysChopshop what you've gotten done should solve any issue of running the backwards I'd think.
fur?
What brand of control arms would you recommend for an S2000?
Going to hve a video on that soon
Great build! Does extending the LCA affect camber at all?
saweet!!
Its ride like shit in Baltimore those roads suck not as bad as Cleveland thought lol
TTT; HD parts
You can't have rust on your S30 if it's all carbon fiber.
DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEETO!
💯
"cheerfull" tail lights
Do y'alls shirts shrink at all?
yes they do a little so id recommend buying 1 size up
Like #200!
#nohairs
4:01 that's not what she said :/
geek glasses for one sec, roll center correction is for reducing body roll by minimizing the roll moment, secondary result is less camber change. (so its not affecting the camber directly which is adjusted at ride height after vehicle is lowered)

great content!!
Any new content coming, I love his ride in all but damn!! Where your ride at young brother , do something on your whip!! #MYpeople #Weallwegot
Anything is a hammer use it properly tho
You want to sell the old suspension? I am in Pa? I will contact you on instagram.
Thats a weird way to spell Apex Engineered
That's just a weird comment to make.
Kevin Guevara Not if you understand the 240z Suspension market it’s not lol.
By far my favorite channel to watch haha just showed a friend your channel and he can't believe he never saw you before
mö
Your video is getting less and less contents and less interesting
