If you want a girl to feel excited over you, then you need to increase space and anxiety. It's that simple you cannot get a woman excited over you if you are texting her all the time. It doesn't work that way. You must get comfortable with bringing space into the relationship and controlling the space. This is important, especially if she asks for space-you must give it to her! Also, don't let her control the space and pull away from you and upset you.
Instead, it's better to be in control and pull away from her so you control the space (this is psychologically easier and less stressful if you take control of the situation). If you want respect and adoration and high attraction, you must maintain distance and space to get her thinking about you. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Your advice is spot on. Letting the woman pull away and do your thing is the best move no matter how uncomfortable it is.
The exact situation I'm going through.. Everything was perfect & suddenly she pulled away because of work and there's no more passion during this phase. Your videos help me to not text, call or want her attention for the major part, She finds her way to come back and that's when I respond, to keep it going & believe things fall in place eventually.

Guys listen, If you keep all day texting her, telling her compliments and the most of the time available, soon she is gonna get boried of you, thats why soon or later she starts acting with less interest. I'm currently reconciling with my ex gf. We broke up in December and I made all the mistakes as far as insecurities and etc leading to the break-up. I was acting needy and trying to fix things and my attempts were futile. I finally fell back and got my affairs in order as well as my self respect. She gradually started reaching out and expressing herself that she misses me and etc. One thing she said was that she didn't like how much we texted and spoke during the day.
