Any tips on priority for minis and main boss? What do we do when protector, both minis, and boss are up? Is there a strat to split dps to focus certain things?

Its definitely a hard dungeon to shot call for those situations you listed. If your shot calling, you really just need to keep an eye on the Mini's hp and time until enrage (using an addon). Normally protectors are the main priority then boss, and depending on how good your off tank is at positioning the mini's on the boss you may have to stop focusing the boss and protectors to prioritise minis before they enrage.
So prioritys change depending on your groups dps and how good your off tank is really. If you have great dps and the off tank is on point, you may only have to finish off each mini by targetting them solely 20 or 30 seconds before enrage. Other times you may know your group dps is lacking so a whole minute before you may call for everyone to focus down the mini with the closest enrage timer for a couple seconds.
All in all its a bit of a balancing act. If you have low dps and the off tank isnt the best at positioning the mini's on the boss id suggest you periodically stop targetting the boss to switch to a mini to ensure you arent scrambling to do 50% of its hp in the last minute, especially if its Felms where you cant burn him as easy due to his teleporting.
To test where you and your group is, start more on the safe side with calling out periodically to focus the mini's instead of the boss (and i mean get everyone on them, not half and half) eg they enrage after 3 minutes iirc, starting at 1 min focus them now and again, then gradually get to a point where you can ignore focusing them up until that last minute, then you start paying attention more. This greatly depends on the OT though and how good they are at getting them ontop of the boss for aoe damage.

Hey!, yeah sure man. The main issue people have normally is interrupting during kite with lothis in the front spots close to Olms. Try and kite as close to Olms as possible in a box/circle and shield a tonne in this case. Otherwise if you kite normally you will find yourself out of range and he may get some bolts off. Try and cast your acceleration beforehand in this case as you wont have time during kite so make sure you have the addons to track timers as a result.
But aside from that scenario, it'll just come down to practise and becoming aware of where llothis is using his sound cues and poison trail without having to actually look at him.
But good luck clearing man. Your def doing a hard role on par with the other supports in my book. A good interrupter makes the trial feel so much easier.
