Thank you for showing the home. For a 2 million house, I should have a separate walk in pantry, the wood flooring should be the same tone, and my fencing should be complete. I also should have to use a golf cart and binoculars to see my neighbors.
Very beautiful modern home. My issues would be not a lot of privacy, not a lot of land, not a lot of character for such a high price ❤ also I'm not big on modern homes because they all look the same
The neighborhood barely looks middle class. 1960s shoe box homes, many of which are not maintained. The only thing of value is the land. Go to redfin and look at the house that stood there before this one. A house you'd say, "lock your doors" and drive quickly out of. 100% gentrification.
EAGLES FAN HERE 🤣 🤣 I’ve watched a lot of house tours on TH-cam and this is BY FAR the best one I’ve seen. I usually always find something I don’t like but this one is perfect for my taste buds. I will admit. The pantry and mud room combo is a bit odd but not a big deal to me. And the location is not ideal. Definitely needs more privacy for what the house is worth. But the house design is still gorgeous. It just should have been built in a more rural area. Great video though!
The first thing that comes to mind is the resale value/loan value. Who will pay 2.5 million in this small home community where houses appraise for less than 600k? This house is way overbuilt in this area. Buyer-beware.
You clearly aren’t familiar with Northern Virginia real estate. The older existing homes in Falls Church are snapped up by developers who tear them down and build a new home like the one featured in the video. There is nothing to be weary of. Clearly you can’t afford the house and your lack of knowledge on the NOVA housing market is obvious.
2 million doesn't get you much these days....that size for the amount is ridiculous. The house is beautifully built but not worth the dollar amount. Not to mention the neighborhood and surrounding homes.
This is like a dream home for me, big but not ridiculously huge (although I was not expecting the master too be that big, more so the closet lol), nice features but not gaudy. I like the exterior, it has a nice mix of materials and modern but not too modern design. I really like the colors on the interior overall, especially the wood floors. A big miss for me is the accent wall and fireplace in the living room, and I don't like the black and gold for the master bath. I know it's area dependent but I feel like 2.5 mil for this is a little much.
No HOA is nice but I am thinking its worth buying in VA if you have some ties to govt or some company contracted by US govt being so close to Washington DC.... you stand to reap more than you spend its a good investment without a HOA on top of it... now if you super rich its a home that can be bought for a team of people you bring with you so they can have a place to stay.... LOL
It's ironic cause I wish u wouldn't open up the closets because their just closets u've seen 2 u've seen them all walk in big ones then wall closets & that's it lol well I guess u got ur secret closets. So 3 😁

2.5 mill and I can hear my neighbors take out the trash and recycling 😂!?
This is the Monday after the Philly beat down so morning whiskey FTW!😂

Holy cow 2.5M! The insanity of NoVa is undeniable.
2.8 ML house looks like in a middle-class neighborhood. This is crazy.

What color paint they used for exterior of the home
Interesting sound at 13:15
Sounds like the floor or someone’s ankle.
@@craigc1879 no, there's a second sound...
Great. Someone already took a dump in the powder room. Hence the the spray air fresher 🙄
😆

How much this house cost
Asking price is 2.485M
This can't be a 2 million dollar house. There's nothing in here that's screaming 2 million
Nah west VA I herd of the laws they passing and the house is way too expensive for the location
