Great and unique exterior/architecture! Very nice entrance!! Love the entrance to patio from study/guess room. Two car garage is enough for me 😅!! Nice premier room/kitchen/dining. Love the windows!! Who needs privacy when you can afford a house like this?
The price is insane. You can buy a LOT more for that kind of money outside Dallas. This is in one of those old neighborhoods where investors buy up the old houses and bulldoze them to build these modern McMansions. I don't have a problem with the style of house by itself but you just don't get much for your money in Dallas. You would literally get double the square footage and double or triple the garage space and land almost anywhere else in DFW.

I enjoyed this house very much. Being retired, id create two bunk rooms upstairs for great grand children, however, i would need a 3rd car space to park van. This price point requires more than a two car garage

Beautiful home too bad its in Dallas. Need this in New Orleans. Perfect setup for the family!. Out our price range tho.
Had a few nice bathroom features. Entry is too closed off. There's nowhere to hang out on the main level. Prefer higher ceilings, and the flat panel doors and cabinets are a no go.
Is it safe to live in a wooden box?
For that amount of money why is the fireplace so small in width? And why is the tv hookups so so so high above the fireplace?

The 2 car garage isn’t really a 2 car. You can only fit 2 small cars…like smart cars. You cannot fit 2 SUV’s n that garage. So….these days, they really are cheating when they say 2 car.
Pour la première chambre en bas, j'ai du mal avec l'armoire dans la salle de bains. Et je ne comprends pas pourquoi il n'y a de clôture devant, vu qu'il y a les portes vitrées.
Je n'aime pas les cuisines ouvertes. Et il n'y a qu'un seul évier. Et dans le jardin, j'aurais mis le sol à niveau.
En haut, j'aurais retiré la pseudo salle de gym qui est petite. J'aurais mis des WC dans la family room, afin qu'il n'y ait pas de jack and jill.

Absolutely no wow factor. Cheap finishes for 1.8+. No sitting makeup area in primary bath. Balcony and porch in front are a no go. Ceilings are way too low in the cold and sterile living area.
I don’t like the 3 color kitchen. I’m not even a fan of 2 tone kitchens.
This is a spacious bachelor pad with a yard that is suitable for a dog. The design is open, simple, and stark. The first-floor guest room/office is intentionally designed to function as both an office and an uninviting guest room, which doesn't bother me. The fireplace, which lacks a mantel, is specifically designed to accommodate a TV-this is the only instance where a TV above the fireplace does not compete for aesthetic dominance. Instead of a traditional hearth, there is a built-in bench that provides additional seating for entertaining. This house is clearly designed for entertaining and is not meant for families with children.
Don’t like the tub in the shower
These houses are plain , all look the same,overpriced and poorly built. Couldn't stand up to a home built 50 years ago.
This is insane price, isn't okay. Inshallah, One day I will make a house same to the design but I will change some design cause it's a so luxury price.
Not a fan of the entrance foyer…..very “boxy”. Also…barn doors belong in a barn….not in a modern house. Thanks for another great tour! The floors look really “patchy” too. Not a fan of the kitchen….. appliances could have been integrated…. cheap butcher block bench top in the pantry……Hallways are so narrow……l Would pass on this one….

That’s why there are many different homes styles so people can choose what they like.
The kitchen style is what’s trending right now and it matches the home style perfectly. There is nothing wrong with the style. The problem is 3 colors of cabinets, different materials, and finishes. It’s too much going on. The white cabinets should be medium wood and the refrigerator doors should be panels to match the surrounding dark cabinets. The windows are amazing the kitchen/dining, family room location is good. The kitchen can be easily customized. I really like that part on the left from the refrigerator - the base cabinets with floating shelves. It looks very nice.
