@zap7737 Exactly this. Reason why I quitted Honkai Impact 3rd. Pretty much just hp bloat everywhere, with enemies that don't do much. I endured it until Part2 started. Then dropped because of horrible story writing.

Honestly the TV are a great building block for the devs to make various situation simulation There was a stage where they simulate bomber man The mummy game where you can get trapped even though you carried unlimited bomb every 3 steps go boom Not gonna be surprised if they can simulate pong om the TV section
Better for visual storytelling too. In Genshin/HSR, shit will happen and it'll cut to black and give you a text blurb explaining what happened. "PomPom crashed through the doorway into the room you're in, yap, yap, yap, yap, yap, yap and then the structure caves in, leaving you blocked from progressing!" and then it fades out and there's rubble in your way now. In ZZZ, they can just show a big mfer on the TVs crashing through the map, destroying your path. No reading necessary, your brain + the SFX used fill in the blanks and now you understand what happened. I would take that >>>>>>>>>>>> Genshin/HSR's way of doing things any da.y.
True, I dont see a lot of ppl talk abt this. TVs r building blocks that they can mold into specific stages for specific story chapters. The story was abt loading bombs into a train? Make a TV stage abt that. The story was abt stealth? Sure, have one like that.

I unironically like the TV system. What I learned from the past years playing Genshin and HSR is that I hate open worlds and exploration (to a certain extent). The TV system makes the game linear, and for me, it's great!
Tv system is just unnecessary, if ppl don't like exploration and open world, the tv is just another form of exploration and eats more time than the combat itself. They should've just copied PGR or literally Honkai impact where u enter a stage and get dropped into battle immediately. That's like the perfect system for action based non-exploration gacha. Why did TV have to exist? Its so fking tedious to do it just to get into the combat.
People yapping about how bad the TV system is like the exploration in HSR isn't "walk down hallway, hear yapping from story, keep moving down hallway-- oh, now you turn right!" Like, it's the same shit, it's just that the TV is dressed up differently. What mfers should be bitching about isn't the TV system existing, it's how long the animations in the TV system are. That's what makes it seem slow and cumbersome, not the fact that it's just ZZZ's stylized way of doing the same navigation we have in plenty of other games.
@@joaquinchua3348but how would you open chests? If Hoyo wanna implement chest collection in this game, how would they do that following an exploration mechanic? Maybe of the gameplay looked more like pokemon red/blue to copy retro esthetic, then it would capture higher appeal and less complaints, while still taking after a turn based dungeon crawler puzzle mechanic. Regardless, puzzles are gonna be added into the game and the TV system is a vehicle to do that.
Yeah, I've gotten to Shuyu Defense Stage 10, and the feeling I'm getting is not that I need to become better but more so that I'm lacking stats. The bosses aren't harder in a way that they have more mechanics but that they become absolute giga HP sponges. I'm doing the exact same thing as before, but instead of the bosses taking 3 minutes to kill, they are now taking 6.
And the problem is that stats is purely a gear thing. and given how early we are to the game, it's expected that everyone is undergeared to tackle endgame. once everyone has the gear, it'd just be a walk in the park.
Yeah I’m sick of people saying “you clearly haven’t made it to end game it gets way harder” NO IT DOESNT. It’s the same game with just high hp enemies. They lock the end game rewards behind stats not skill. I’ll stick around to see where it goes but if it stays the same I’m gone yesterday.
The whole TV gimmick apparently ties very deeply into the lore of the game. Watched a lore analysis video and it does make sense. And TV isn't that bad after you get used to it, it's like something you gradually start to like

What makes me don't like about the game is that, as Pokke has mentioned, the feeling of need to simply 'increase the dmg' to beat the boss, instead of increasing 'gameplay skills'. I'd argue this is one of the points where Mihoyo directly encourages players to buy more constellation or sig weapon, the latter being notorious for its ridiculously high price since the launch of Genshin until now with its competitor Mingchao or WuWa.

It would be a 9/10 as a non-gacha single player game so far, but the gacha kind of makes it take a step back due to all the busywork mandated by f2p gacha game design (dailies, endless grind for RNG equipment)
I had to quit wuthering waves because it took too much time. I'm glad that zzz does not require a ton of my time. I need to keep up with my main games and still have time to watch anime and work.
I have a blast with this game, it is actually so nice to give u some time to learn mechanics and parry/evade. Im now at Level 30 and had some really strong and longer enemy fights. TV System is ok, it has alot of varience and doesent take long, all the little quests around the main scenarios are cute and i dont think i need to say much about music and soundeffects. I never expected a Elden Ring level of difficulty just for the reason that game is mobile so im totally ok with that.
The tv/exploration is just a stylized navigation method like any other JRPG. It provides some puzzle options that wouldnt be possible in third person environments. The people getting upset at it have never played an RPG before.
Yes, let’s blame players for expecting an action combat game to have action combat as its main focus when the game was and is still advertised as an action combat heavy focused game. This is on MHY and their false marketing.
Ppl disliking tv system aren't the targeted audience. it's nothing new in hoyo games, always players out there thinking they are the targeted audience and got upset.
I'm also level 32. I just feel the game as game is fine, there's nothing wrong, no game breaking bug and it's most polished game hoyo ever made. But the game just lack of something and some people said "lack of being fun". This game really reformula of honkai 3rd with slower energy recharge, different aesthetic and very story driven. The false advertising mhoyo made "game focused combat" just simply baited people, the game is "hard" for very casual gamers (like if you straight garbage at game) and too easy for actual sweaty gamer. Tried the supposed to be endgame, enemies just barely hit you and all about hp sponge or dps check. Story is fine they don't need to be giga brain story, it just anime style type story imo. I feel like this game is just visual novel with some cutsece and some battle here and there, this is story focused game not combat. Imo, if I want combat game between mhoyo games, I would just play honkai than zzz
I think the difficulty is just matter of the game being 1.0. Remember genshin/hsr 1.0 abyss enemy? They are nothing compared to the most recent release patch. Remember when freeze meta and venti trivialize entire 1.0 of genshin? They become irrelevant as soon as 2.0 start. Yeah especially these content creator that get paid by hoyo and not actually know what other game feels like, so they just shit on wuwa since they don't know any other game to compare to (and trying to compare it to other hoyo game wouldn't be good for their image in front of mihoyo either, hell and I bet they didn't even play HI3rd at all) It's infuriating how these CC can be absolutely honest and shit on other games, but when it comes to any hoyo game they just became so "tame" in their comments and hold back alot The worst part? The community like it and give them views. Sure it's not fair to assume everyone has play PGR or HI3rd, it's like saying "you can't judge any rpg if you never play Final fantasy" or "You don't know the standard of mmo if you never play Ragnarok", and in hindsight seems like hoyo did a good move here, by intentionally release ZZZ in 2024, which make the game technically don't have competitor since HI3rd release on 2016 and PGR in 2021, that's long enough gap where newer player may never even play those two games You know what? Screw that, now that I think about it, it's shock me how no one compare zzz to Aether gazer, even though that game is only 1 year but it's rarely being put to discussion, but then again Aether gazer vs ZZZ just will make zzz looks so much better. Seems like hoyoverse has a very good insight of what time a game should be released, where every other big companies focus on making open world (due to hoyoverse making the market itself) now there are nothing newer to compare zzz with. Or maybe this just show how good PGR actually is, since there is little you can go against PGR (maybe if you just don't like the "ping" system, which in that case hell ZZZ is pretty much your only option..... What about HI3rd? Don't, as someone that huge Honkai fans, HI3rd is a nightmare for new player due to the amount of "shop currencies" and game mode in that game)
Hollow zero and shiyu defense are a blessing for f2p players. There are some good variety in each explorations and the difficulty ladder is enjoyable as heck, and cost NO stamina. Even the weekly doesn't cost stamina either

Story complaints are the most bizzare of them all. It feels like a lot of people just want to hate on Nekomata for "being cringe" and completely disregard everything else in chapter 1.
Eh, the story itself is okay like a 7/10. Though it is easily the best opener acts across all hoyo games (which isn't saying a lot mind you, the rest have been a mid 6/10). Obvious spoiler warning but yeah so far it's been pretty bog standard, predictable (imo), and bit repetitive. Prelude is just a mcguffin chase. CH 1 is a pretty standard heist stuff with the "the guys that i thought was bad turns out to be good" obvious trope. CH 2 has a bit of prelude with chasing the construction machine with a repeat of CH 1 trope. Biggest problem is that there are no stake or imminent threat for the main character (twins). It's not like the ethreals posed that much of a threat since everyone seems to handle it fine to a certain extent. They lost their main paethon account sure but again we as a player don't know what it really meant to the world, and the twins brushing it off, saying "unlucky" before moving on to rebuilding their account once again doesn't help the impact. Sure we have that weird future projection and stuff but it seems it is going to be a while before we get to touch on that point. The characters themselves are great tho. A lot of personality here

Honestly, I like this game. I love Cyberpunk and Persona. The story is meh right now (not even chapter 2) but I personally don't mind the simple combat coming from ff14 and wuwa as an example of games that focus on skill and team rotations. I get off work, hop on and immerse myself like I did with Persona. Taking it very slow since I spedrun WuWa and now can only login for dailies and seek whatever chest I haven't found yet. It's a 8/10. Some systems need improvement and they need to pick it up in 1.1. Funny, since most people were also saying the same thing about WuWa, that 1.1 would make or break the game.
I also like the simple combat, i just don't realize each character has different combo moveset and i can change to previous character by pressing other button than space. They really not explain it in tutorial -,-. I hope 1.1 will be better, and 1.2 wuwa too. Cause i slightly lost interest playing wuwa in this Jinshi patch
People were freaking out about HSR to but on a WAY smaller scale and look how that game turned out lol. It'l be fine, and hey the difficulty for me at lvl 37 and the final 2 floors of shiyu is starting to ramp up pretty fast.
Brother, stop suffering, the game is not going to get better First impressions are very valuable and this game failed at all of that. you're just prolonging your boredom
The real issue I have is not that bosses don't kick my ass. It's that the only real challenge is "dealing enough damage." Everything is a bullet sponge that just sits, takes hits and rarely hits back. DPS checks are not skill checks. They're a test of your wallet and put more incentive on pulling the limited 5 stars. It's also painfully dull if you aren't here for the story. Da Wei really fucked up blatantly lying about the game being focused on its "satisfying combat." He himself created player expectations that the game just simply does not meet. That is a terrible starting point between players and the developer.
Idk dude, i just died in hallow zero a while ago even tho I'm very much not bad, and I was fluffing the dps check, some bosses definitely do hit alot and punish you fro not dodging and parrying everything correctly, however i believe your judgment is very early on, and the game is purposefully introducing things casually in the story gameplay as well as just early on, even monsters do behave differently in story trails and attack less and so, just progress deep enough and you'll find what satisfies you for sure, idk why is a game being judged for it's difficulty within 3 days of release
I cleared Shiyu 7 (B-rank) with Anton and Soukaku in phase 1 and Piper/Anby/Rina in phase 2. Phase 2 piper just carries with proccing disorder anomaly but it wasn't pretty since they're just level 30.
I just hate these people force you to play for 3 days get to 30+ Inter knot because it will get better. I think this is just classic "hoyo filter". All hoyo game at its core is story game. They want their audience to invest in story cause those audiences usually stay longer with the game. It kinda the same reason why genshin/hsr don't have skip button. ZZZ does have skip button for some part of story but you still have to go through tv, which is another story medium. Granted, the marketing is misleading on their side, which lead many to play the game that is not catering for them and hate the game for that reason.
it's the same for me as well. every gacha i do like and see myself sticking around a long time i spend money on them day 1. If I played for hours on day 1 and not feeling it, i will either quit entirely or play it f2p.
While the playable characters have depth, I feel like the enemies are just lacking. For the combat to feel rewarding, the gameplay design of the enemies should take the same or more priority than the characters. But of course this is a gacha after all, that’s probably never happening.
Pretty much. If not for Hoyo greed this could have been a regular singleplayer game and gameplay wouldnt be as restricted. Would end up having been a much better game for sure.

Yea, usually you will expect tons of free gems to farm for a new game new account. But to have severe lack of gems to farm for a new account is just ridiculous, as if they will go bankruptcy if you get limited characters without spending money. The company is the very definition STINGYNESS despite being a multi billion dollar company. All they think about is milking the players to the extreme level
Why exactly does it need exploration? I genuinely want to know why everyone has this obsession with hunting chests and the like, to me the shits boring as hell cause it’s always the same idea ‘look at a map for chest location/run around for a bit hunting said chest, dodge/kill shit on the way, collect chest, repeat’ so it’s always baffles me that people think games like this NEED exploration to be fun.

Level 31 here. Chapter 2 was really fun. It really shows that Belle and Wise have actual personalities as gacha protagonists where they are normally silent JRPG heroes. We also see them slip up a bit, so that we're reminded once again that these are not super protagonists who never do anything wrong. We also see a bit more the role that proxies (are meant to) have in Hollow exploration. As far as the TV goes, the fact that they're more interesting now is a result of Mihoyo catering towards casual players. Chapter 1 TV explorations are boring, because they need to be dead simple to teach new players how to play. Combine that with the fact that the TV UI is atrocious (it's like if HSR never gave you 2x combat speed) and makes it hard to move quickly multiple times in succession (and the acceleration doesn't improve that because the animation doesn't seem to run at 2x speed), and you get a laggy boring mess. Of course people will hate it. Oh, don't remind me of the mess that was wandering around in Golden Bamboo Town for 40 minutes where half of that was backtracking in a laggy maze. ZZZ is a 6.5/8 for me. It'll go a bit higher if they fix the TV movement speed and increase Belle's overworld running speed.
im knot lvl 36 now, and i've done everything with the meta team (all the hollow zero maxed out) i can say, if i didn't have ellen's team, i wouldn't even touch hitting S on those hollow zero fights, like when you can hit for 250k Ellen ult and not even 1/4 life the boss, you're in for a ride.
Honestly that doesn't sound fun lol same gameplay you've been doing from the beginning but now it everything just has higher damage and hp why does mihoyo always do this when it comes to difficulty they never care if the difficulty is actually fun just as long as it's "hard".

Once you hit the lvl 30 and Shiyu defence the Hollow Zero gameplay loop actually started to get more challenging and interesting. The buffs and decisions started to have much more of an impact and i found myself having to restart once and paying attention to the TV mode. For someone who actually like Min/Max my play throughs. A very welcome addition. Unfortunately the story TV's are still pretty meh. They do feel shorter now though. So I can see where Hoyo wanted to take the TV mode it adds some puzzles and decision making that can impact combat in different ways like which support bamboos you have access too. None of that is in the story and it took me a good 12 hours of gameplay to unlock Shiyu and the second part of Hollow Zero. Any game that gates you for so long before it's mechanics really open up deserves all the criticism. Games that are trying to appeal to a casual crowd especially. Atleast it's not the WoW grind. It is full of style and charm, but the TV system is preventing me from ever desiring to put a little money in. It's essentially just fighting in "rooms" and TVs move the player from one "room" to another. The lack of proper levels to move around full-time as the characters is disappointing.

It's fun. I came in expecting Persona 5, I got my Persona 5. Knowing that this is just the 1.0, I know hoYo is just waiting to deliver cinema. My complaints would simply be that the game needs to give us a bit more control as in : Combat needs to let us not get into chain attack if we want to, TV needs to let us keep moving during short story points, and don't lock up controls during UI transitions (like swapping Chapters in HDD menu).

One of the few times I disagree with Pokke. Combat becomes complex enough to be interesting and challenging. I think he forgets that not everyone plays games for a living and is constantly looking at guides, discord, reddit, and Chinese server analysis. If you spend 12 hours a day playing and studying, build the teams according to current meta, and have the best S-rank character in the game... then, yeah, combat might not be the most challenging. But come on...

The main thing I want from this game is fun. Dieing in 1 or 2 hits is not fun. At the same time beating on an hp sponge also isn’t. Allow me to make a handful or so mistakes, add new boss attacks and patterns and such as difficulty progresses to make it harder and keep up the excellent animation with good character designs im interested in. Thats literally all I need for the dopamine to hit my simple brain when i come home from a 15 hour day of work and wanna relax, but have a challenge without being sweaty or "hardcore"

This game needs a Style-Meter to tell people how trash they are, just because you didn't die doesn't make the game "easy" All these extra mechanics that you "aren't forced to learn" might net you the extra damage you need to clear the time limits. Most people don't even know that you can dodge-attack and parry at the same time?
@@astralfoxo You could also grind halos in Bayonetta and just buy a bunch of healing/buff items, but most people find it more fun to get good at the game and go for Pure-Platinum Maybe try learning the mechanics that allow you to beat the game on your own terms instead of assuming gratification will be spoon fed to you if you grind longer and hit the attack button enough times.
@@SparklyNoises Well that is not very good comparison you know? ZZZ's main focus is casual audience, its what hoyo games do. It is new player friendly and for people that want a side game, with a big focus on phones (doesn't mean others cant enjoy it too ofc). Bayonetta enemies last time I played do try to kill you, I can't say that about ZZZ enemies that are indeed just getting bigger HP, which serves only for DPS check not for skill check. Also if you really want easy way in Bayonetta you can just turn down the difficulty. Now why Bayonetta have difficulty setting and what does it do? It certainly doesn't just buff enemy HP and that is it. It makes it possible for casual players to just beat the game. ZZZ have a story difficulty too, unfortunately the only thing it does is give more HP to the enemy.
@@SparklyNoises You would have a good argument if we were all at max level and equipment level. But that is not the case. Its nothing to do with instant gratification or being spoon fed. That's just a strawman. Reality is that in ZZZ enemies really are bulletsponges later on, and the only way to get past that is via better equipment, levels, skills etc. Or just use Ellen+wolf guy. And im hoping your not using that team if your talking about other people wanting to be spoon fed, because that would be very ironic.
I truly think the real problem with the game is tutorials. The TV mechanic would be engaging if fairy didn't literally spoon feed you exactly what to do, and let you engage your neurons for 3 seconds and decide to click on tile and see what happens for yourself. Likewise the combat would probably be more enjoyed if the game respected you enough to let you stop playing in baby mode before you've already been playing for 15+hours.
The game was particularly hard for me I did 0 pulls until I got to 25, then I did only the normal banner until I got my first S rank which was Grace, pair her with Anton and Anby and it was a struggle until I got to 31 and decided to attempt for Ellen with my 90 free rolls and I got her on my 80th roll and been building her team ever since (I've also got Lycon on normal banner that same day) and since I've used so many resources on the free team at the start of the game, and then used a lot on Grace's team my future is a bit dark now I'm praying to get Ellen's weapon tried 20 pulls on it but no luck thus far.
The minimal time investment required for this game feels very deliberate. I'm guessing Hoyo wants to keep their players playing Genshin and Star Rail, so ZZZ needs to be quick on the dailies and grind. I've never played a gacha where it's faster to do the dailies than the time it takes to explain it.
feeling the pull drought already tho this game barely gives pulls for the limited banner i cleared everything available and shiyu defense i walled at stage 10. IMO they gotta improve the rewards
Isn't there a pattern in hoyo games at this point, where 99% of the game is pretty easy, with only the last floor/ last two levels of the endgame mode somewhat hard ? If so, shouldn't we actually get to this point in ZZZ to really rate it ?
Still waiting for that "Cocolia" moment to really hook me into the game, but honestly as of right now im not really a fan of the story both for zzz and wuwa. I'm still gonna play this at least for the next 3-6 months if they improve, cuz its already a big step up over ToF in many ways. I could definitely see the potential for both games, even for Kuro "as a former PGR player".
I feel like if wuwa and zzz didn't have the genshin shoulders to stand on they wouldn't really be successful tbh, both have really mid stories genshin had a strong start arc with dvalin, and hsr w cocolia wuwa was a mess and zzz is just mid at best
I guess I'm the only one who have problem with the loading screen, I hate it so much. It has Starfield level of loading screen. I don't have that much loading screen in hsr so idk why this game have problem with that.
People pretending that wuwa isn't hard are clueless af and are coping just to defend their bland ass generic ZZZ game that they installed. Elite monsters and holograms provide much difficulty that you can't DPS check from and need skills from.
So far the only bad thing for me is the pseudo difficulty where the boss is just HP sponge. But im here for the fun gameplay and story. So far story was ok, but the lore video gave hope for future plots.
Story is mid. Combat is ''ok'' but too basic because enemies spend all day stunned / too many ''flashes'' for easy counters. Visuals are great. Overall. Way worse than HSR, that's for sure, TV mode should be tied to roguelite and gtfo of story mode.
Of course you have the delusional Hoyotard who actually claimed that ZZZ combat is harder than Wuwa. Bro probably didnt even touch the Holograms, let alone the higher level Holos. Atleast WW bosses are both tanky with varied and unique movesets while ZZZ bosses are just stat sticks with 4 repeating moves
Zzz's AD noticed it too much for Pokke xD the game is bad END comparing wuwa's combat with zzz's is comparing a fiat 600 that is zzz while wuwa is a lamborgini
@@HuH22132 Infact the way bosses moves is still hard compared to ZZZ, guess what, I can outleveled in souls game and it will be also easier, same thing in Wuwa, except the base boss is still intresting.
The game has literally no healer, so bosses oneshotting you is gonna be a real pain in the ass. Either they can, like, make healers, so everything can do more dmg, or the other option is just straight up bosses do no dmg cuz there are literally no healers.
All these comments talking about he being f2p shocked me, first time hearing about this. Why didn't he said that in his livestrems?
Wait? He's f2p? I didnt know he was the only mf who deserves praise in the ZZZ community.

The game doesn't need to be hard it just needs to be fun and rewarding after completely a combat challenge
but bullet sponge training dummies, are not fun and the rewards in the game are lackluster at best.
@zap7737 Exactly this. Reason why I quitted Honkai Impact 3rd. Pretty much just hp bloat everywhere, with enemies that don't do much. I endured it until Part2 started. Then dropped because of horrible story writing.

@@VierzheTsuu I had a really good time in the Golden Town quest. It was a great demonstration of what you can do with the system.

The TV system makes the game linear, and for me, it's great!
truly tailor made for you
Tv system is just unnecessary, if ppl don't like exploration and open world, the tv is just another form of exploration and eats more time than the combat itself.
Regardless, puzzles are gonna be added into the game and the TV system is a vehicle to do that.
so basically you hate playing games.
We could play a drinking game and get absolutely blasted for every time our Streamer says “f2p btw”
Exactly. This is what I'm saying always. The enemies still has the same mechanics even at higher levels and nothing changed except for higher hp
Literally what Hoyo were doing with Genshin but most ZZZ fans will never accept this harsh truth 😂

It's infuriating how these CC can be absolutely honest and shit on other games, but when it comes to any hoyo game they just became so "tame" in their comments and hold back alot
The worst part? The community like it and give them views. Sure it's not fair to assume everyone has play PGR or HI3rd, it's like saying "you can't judge any rpg if you never play Final fantasy" or "You don't know the standard of mmo if you never play Ragnarok", and in hindsight seems like hoyo did a good move here, by intentionally release ZZZ in 2024, which make the game technically don't have competitor since HI3rd release on 2016 and PGR in 2021, that's long enough gap where newer player may never even play those two games
You know what? Obvious spoiler warning
but yeah so far it's been pretty bog standard, predictable (imo), and bit repetitive.

Idk dude, i just died in hallow zero a while ago even tho I'm very much not bad, and I was fluffing the dps check, some bosses definitely do hit alot and punish you fro not dodging and parrying everything correctly, however i believe your judgment is very early on, and the game is purposefully introducing things casually in the story gameplay as well as just early on, even monsters do behave differently in story trails and attack less and so, just progress deep enough and you'll find what satisfies you for sure, idk why is a game being judged for it's difficulty within 3 days of release

it's the same for me as well. every gacha i do like and see myself sticking around a long time i spend money on them day 1.
I'm at the end of Chapter 2. Id give it a 7/10. It's not blowing me away with anything, but i want to keep playing. There's a severe lack of premium currency tho
>There's a severe lack of premium currency tho
So the standard for a Hoyo game. Also, they haven't put any event yet so we will have to wait a bit longer for some freemogems
Quit now, the game is becoming a bullet sponge in latter game, its hard to upgrade level to 34 (chapter 3) without s rank
End game gonna be boring as it will only be combat and TV's, no exploration and already completed story.
Personally, I think TV mode is way more fun and has greater potential than boring checklist “exploration”.
@@connor2500 tbh i thinks it's just because they want to have something to extend their playtime beyond the story and quests (and maybe mindlessly spam basic attack and skill the air with their favourite character)
After playing genshin for 4 years and some of the recent single player open world games, I'm SICK of the exploration. This is a freaking chore.
I love ZZZ so far! I don't have a lot of time to grind games, so it's perfect to fit in with the fast and easy daily commissions. I love the satisfying parry and unlimited FPS, it just feels too good!
Did you know he’s f2p?
HE IS, NO WAY
Wait, really? That means he's RELATABLE now?
Yeah iirc he said f2p for ZZZ in one of his previous video
Or course he's f2play, the dude spended like 10k last month on HSR+WuWa combine lol
Yh forced 2 pay
Regarding the TV gameplay, main story TV are way too easy, the exploration challenges are just tricky enough, although sometimes they are too tedious and drawn out.
Only TVs I have a problem with are the ones in hollow zone zero since you're meant to farm those repeatedly. I was expecting them to change the layout or something instead of it being the same every time. I honestly feel like avoiding the 7777 zone going forward 😑
can't bear with zzz anymore
hard enemies is just having more stat instead making them actual hard, can't expect anything from mhy anymore

wtf this game has 50 gb
i don't think mhy can fix tv and their long ass yapping, all i can see in the future just mhy adding more gb for maps ,animation and new char
FTP. At IK 34 there is no combat missions yet sadly, at IK 35 right now and gonna get to IK 36 hopefully in a day or two to see more fun content and story.
Hey, just a question, why rate the game out of 8 instead of 10 or 5?
Bro really rated something on a scale of 1-8

im knot lvl 36 now, and i've done everything with the meta team (all the hollow zero maxed out) i can say, if i didn't have ellen's team, i wouldn't even touch hitting S on those hollow zero fights, like when you can hit for 250k Ellen ult and not even 1/4 life the boss, you're in for a ride.
there were very early hints about this when mobs are unusually tanky even at early stages
Honestly that doesn't sound fun lol same gameplay you've been doing from the beginning but now it everything just has higher damage and hp why does mihoyo always do this when it comes to difficulty they never care if the difficulty is actually fun just as long as it's "hard".
@@terrormansakata9626 the 'fun' part is at the button mashing part but they had to end our fun with bloated hp. it actually turns boring at that point

30+ hours for it to get better is not a good game design imho

w0w wish i could reach IKL 37, btw IKL 30 by now and will be doing Story 2; the TV stuff just grown into me since this is the first time i am having a game mechanic like this to explore the story. The early levels is taxing but as you progress it is decent as i experience in the game

@@captaincalamari2519 I've heard there's actually 17 stages in Shinyu Defence.

Lets believe we will get our cheeks clapped by new modes later on just like they did in HSR
For those who want a pretty punishing boss fights in Hollow Zero. Max out your corruption and try to survive. 3 poorly timed parries and or assists will result in a restart.
I think WuWas difficulty is very overstated, the only difficult thing is diff 6 holograms, other than that it is just a dps/elemental check, even the tower of adversity

It is full of style and charm, but the TV system is preventing me from ever desiring to put a little money in. It's essentially just fighting in "rooms" and TVs move the player from one "room" to another. The lack of proper levels to move around full-time as the characters is disappointing.

its quite funny if people complaining about the story and mission at the start of the game, if it just have 1-2hour content and thats it until next update.. then we can call it a problem
in zzz we dont have exploration map like openworld thingy so yeah the content need to be story, and if thats finished it will bring the AFK moment like HSR nowadays, just use energy for the days and thats it
14:20 This right here. Not everyone has the time to waste on games.
Hoyo doesn't always deliver cinema. They did in all of their title with "honkai" but Genshin feels like an abandoned game.
@@LargeBanana Genshin feels like an abandoned game 😂😂😂 meanwhile genshin has the largest playerpool by a huge margin and we going to 5.0 ❤
@@dimitristakis6396 It still feels like an abandoned game. What do you want me to say, the company can abandon a game while people are still playing. They then proceed to put the lowest effort possible everytime to keep you playing.

But come on...
nekomata best team from my own experience is with piper building neko's additional core passive and a support to get that 40% dmg boost from her core passive with dodge counters or quick assist for 6s.
More people need to remember that having fun in a game is enough of a reason to keep playing it
2/10 🗿
The main thing I want from this game is fun. Dieing in 1 or 2 hits is not fun. At the same time beating on an hp sponge also isn’t. Allow me to make a handful or so mistakes, add new boss attacks and patterns and such as difficulty progresses to make it harder and keep up the excellent animation with good character designs im interested in. Thats literally all I need for the dopamine to hit my simple brain when i come home from a 15 hour day of work and wanna relax, but have a challenge without being sweaty or "hardcore"
i am at level 32, shiyu defense level 7 with the fire floors on A because i don't have a single fire agent. i dunno dude it's a okay game, but it isn't hard by any means, shiyu is just larger HPs and DPS check, whoever was saying ''it gets harder on the late game'' just straight up lied.
This game needs a Style-Meter to tell people how trash they are, just because you didn't die doesn't make the game "easy"
All these extra mechanics that you "aren't forced to learn" might net you the extra damage you need to clear the time limits.
Most people don't even know that you can dodge-attack and parry at the same time?
Yeah I'm actually learning these on my controller rn
Or you just lvl up and win. Enemy is HP sponge not something you need to "get good" to beat.
@@astralfoxo You could also grind halos in Bayonetta and just buy a bunch of healing/buff items, but most people find it more fun to get good at the game and go for Pure-Platinum
Maybe try learning the mechanics that allow you to beat the game on your own terms instead of assuming gratification will be spoon fed to you if you grind longer and hit the attack button enough times.
The combat feels like Genshin if Genshin have barebone dodge-parry mechanic and less elemental reaction.

this game is just really fun overall and although it isnt exactly hard i can say that time flies by while im playing. (hot take the TVs are kinda fun)
WAIT he is F2P?????

Zzz falls really fast. Walls to often. Like you play 30 m story then grind 2 lvl to play 30m story.
So far the only bad thing for me is the pseudo difficulty where the boss is just HP sponge. But im here for the fun gameplay and story. So far story was ok, but the lore video gave hope for future plots.
It would be great if they add more move sets / mechanism for the bosses, e.g. in hollow zero, every difficulty it introduce a new move set.
Story is mid. Combat is ''ok'' but too basic because enemies spend all day stunned / too many ''flashes'' for easy counters. Visuals are great.
Overall. Way worse than HSR, that's for sure, TV mode should be tied to roguelite and gtfo of story mode.
