Yunli has -better scaling -better sustain -higher multipliers -can stack ults -and the most important thing, she can attacks without enemy attack -is much harder to get
Clara's the best standard character. She's just a pain to build. Getting zero crit from traces is rough, but if you have the relic quality, she absolutely slaps, and if you add Yunli's LC, she becomes a monster.
