The thing that amazes me most about the horse brothel is that it was the first idea. It's not like every profit plan was shut down or failed, and the guy went "fuck it, let's get weird", horsetitutes was plan A.

The fact two of these stories are the same person shows how real these are.
In game response to the Horse Brothel, have the Madam come round, see what is being done, and go off on them for summoning creatures that can't consent (by virtue of being low stats, animals, and summons).

DM really messes up by not simply saying "the patrons of this Brothel have not been coming to this location for those sorts of services, they are not interested" then proceed to have them roll persuasion to stop them complaining about you
You could also have an NPC open the door, find several horses inside, and go "well obviously this is the incorrect room" and close it again

I had an issue with a DM and a player actually have that Player's character have sex with MC's TWELVE YEAR OLD DAUGHTER, and this was after I specifically told that DM that if ANYTHING happened to her I was DONE! blew up, screamed, left the game for good. I *think* this was the last time I ever hung out with him.

2024 is truly the year of insanity from all the *INSANE* TH-camr situations to the *INSANE* DND players now, then again it makes sense given insanity is the same thing happening over and over again expecting shit to change.
TTRPG players never cease to amaze me with their degeneracy. I run tight-knit groups with heavy filters on who is an isn't allowed in the game for this exact reason, and I never invite someone I'm not comfortable removing. All of my friends know this and after about one or two talks per year-or-so long campaign, I never have issues. I could never imagine people ending friendships over shit like this. The smell at that table must've been astounding.

High concept doesn't actually mean deep or thought provoking, it means easy to understand. As in it's something you could understand from a far away view.

The first story reminds me of an online group i played, where a lot of the players were european (that's not the scanbdalous part) and they were all really, really strange. Sadly, how strange they were, didn't become apparent until later.
One of our players was a sixteen year old playing a chaotic evil, naga, divine soul sorcerer. Her character was extremely seductive and had a lot of suggestive bondage type RP with their snake body. That's yikes enough on it's own, but LATER once we got to a town, This character, played by a sixteen year old girl, went out of her way to work at a brothel, and became known in town as "The breaker of men". I did not know she was 16 at the time, and became extremely uncomfortable once it was known. Worse yet, no one else in the group seemed to mind??? the fact they didn't made me really uncomfortable.
Another player was a german lady who, tried to defend hitler because he helped the trains work better???? She was a real "UwU soft bean" too, it was so bizarre.
The thing with the German woman sounds wild... I mean, this is sort of a meme in Germany (but usually it's "he invented the Autobahn", which he didn't btw, instead of the train thing). Maybe she was attempting (and failing) to make a joke?
Honestly dont see the problem with the first one. Its her character and her choice to be involved in a campaign with sexual themes.

If I had been in the situation of the first reddit post I would have just told him that bestialety is illegal so if he wants to work in an illegal brothel it would be at his own risk, and if he insisted I would have the guards raid the brothel and arrest him.

when my DnD group would try to do something horrific (although we never made a horse brothel) our GM would let it play it out along with the consequences. if something was illegal then we'd have the town guard on us. one time we managed to enrage the entire town and the villagers were chasing us off. if something is depraved enough, the GM would have a deity step in, or just threaten us with a deity throwing some green lightning. He only ever hit us with green lightning once and it was actually because we had made an impossibly strong character that was ruining the campaign

This shows why it can be important to set boundaries as a dm. Most people imagine d&d as a space where you can fo literally anything, and to some extent that should be true players should have a lot of agency, but the dm always has the right to veto something a player says if it either makes people uncomfortable or throws things too off the rail
There's definitely a good balance you can strike in giving the players certain limitations without ending up railroading them

Conjure animals says "You summon fey spirits that take the form of beasts and appear in unoccupied spaces that you can see within range." Thus, technically for the first story the goal is to have a bunch of fey spirits get laid. So it isn't the same as bestiality.
While thats technically true it doesnt make it any less disgusting.
For example, imagine if they instead somehow made a bunch of familiar/fey spirits look like little human girls and tried to run a brothel with those.
You can argue about ethics, but its still weird and disgusting and its totally reasonable to not want to be involved in those kinds of "fetishes".
