I had visited this property in 2020 and was keen on buying it as I liked the locality. However I was not happy with the dimension size of houses as they were were small..
You are correct regarding small size of houses. Now a days in Bengaluru we are seeing this trend by builders. But overall it’s a good deal considering the growth.

No, we are facing no issues. We received flat on time. Currently we have given it for rent and receving positive feedback from tenant.
The registration and posession for the blocks in phase 2 has started now.
yes we are going for registration/Posession coming March. Planning for interior. Will post these updates once interior is done.

The quality seems good. It’s built using Precast Construction Technology and partnered with Singapore Construction.

It’s 70L onwards currently, last when I enquired few days before for 2 bhk grand. There could be other cost above it for registration, Bescom, adv maintenance. Actual data builder will share based on direct enquiry only.

Hi Bindu ji, Common bathroom is there in-front of Kids room. It's visible in 2:06s frame. It's similar to Master bathroom. Video taken from inside bathroom was dark so not captured here. Thanks for the comment.

@imranshaik5880, I have rent it out. So Far there are no complains received from my Tenant with respect to quality and day to day stay. I heard upcoming towers has delays. Let me know if you have any specific concerns, will cross check and update you.

Last year Dec when I checked it was 75 ~ 80 L for 2 bhk grand. Check online with builder for latest cost.
