SMVT has safe lounge facility available for passengers with valid tickets and ID proof. Though it has few sofas time being kept Thus its most likely a retiring room than calling it a lounge. Cost is also standard railway charges.

This property we booked during launching phase so current rates cannot be compared. With due years it’s almost double the cost now and increasing progressively. You can judge based on this. Hope this helps.

No issue with tap water. After all that is one benefit of staying in south BLR. Kaveri will soon be there as per management. That lake doesn’t stink.

Yes the Lake doesn't stink but is there any issue with that mini lake being exactly at one of the entrance of property? Planning for a 7th floor house so any water pressure issue in washroom etc? Also, what's the maintenance cost? Any powerCut issue in property?@@roamingrovers

@@user-sp4wz6ny8d , No issue with lake, Tab water pressure is good so far, mine is even above floor and don't see any water pressure issue, last month there were few power cuts but Genset comes up within 10-15 sec. Advance Maintenance taken during possession so not to pay till that exhaust.

SMVT se East Indian states and northern states ko mostly trains hai. Other states ko Majestic, ya Yeswantpur se trains hai. SMVT se saare stations ki train connectivity hai.
