Sir, to reach vega city in 15 mins and Sankara hospital in 10 mins.. people should travel at midnight.. why are you giving a wrong estimate of time.. during day hours all the places that you have mentioned will take a minimum of 30 mins and maximum can't be thought of.. I stay right behind prestige in konankunte.. so I can challenge the time that you have mentioned..

Possession date initially promised was October 2021 but I don’t see a good progress happening. At this point, I am not even sure if this will be delivered by December 2021.
Buyer who bought this during actual launch 2018 has to bear all additional additional loan interest expenses just due to this delay. COVID can be a reason but in the end buyer is at a major loss as developer won’t do a thing to accelerate developments

@@flatsinbangalore5592 I appreciate your response sir but when your own team (help desk setup during your referral event on 23rd and 24th Jan) states that it would take additional 6 months, what more can I say.
Moreover the construction completion in the coming months does not mean the infrastructure will be ready in such short time especially when the possession date is the same for the first 3 phases. But as you stated, I’ll wait till October 2021. Thank you!
@@flatsinbangalore5592 Rera has extended 9 months for this project. We can login to kartakata Rera portal and see it is extended till July 2022. God knows till then you will be working in this company or not. Customers has to pay EMI till then. Fancy vedios small school kids can do these.
