This is almost the perfect configuration for the AMG GLC 43; it’s only missing the full-screen cockpit in place of the analogue speedo & tach. I just adore that Brilliant Blue exterior and have come to appreciate the black with red accents inside. (It’s a shame that you have to go up to the 63S in order to get it’s striking yellow accented interior.) I love the way the “tablet” screen is integrated into the center stack; it looks absolutely awesome mounted above the three round air conditioning vents and the two sets of rectangle(-ish) controls. Very pleasing driver’s cockpit indeed!
Excellent review. Yours is the 1st video I've watched on the GLC 43 (I've ordered the SUV version in Graphite grey) where you can clearly hear the clicking of shift paddles-very interesting.
The next generation GLC 43 will likely drop the current V-6 Bi-turbo for a 4 cylinder/mild hybrid set up. R.I.P. exhaust note. At least they’re installing a full digital dash with an enormous centre console screen, that’s what AMG is all about right?

I dont know how they get away with charging that much and not including most active safety features standard. Especially since Toyota has them standard on the base trim in nearly every model!
Nice car. I can fortunately afford one, but never would Cars are meant to be driven Benz, Bimmers, Audis - they spend too much time in the service department (even when under warranty). Even if I was to lease the car, the multiple inconveniences of taking it to the service department isn't worth the snobbiness factor. Lexus, Cadillac, Genesis (and possibly a Lincoln or under-appreciated Volvo) would be the better all-around choice.

I think I still prefer the BMW X3 or X4 m40i. Plus the BMW gets 3 miles per gallon better than the Mercedes 43.
