Just got mine. I'm confused about tracking sleep. Do I have to enable a sleep mode and if so, how? If it's automatic it's not collecting any sleep data.
How do I activate the sleep monitor. 3 nights now and it measures the last hour that I get up for the toilet and go back to bed, other than that rest of night is blank.
Mine has a driver Version 13.01 and IP68 which the pc says it cannot work with, and I cannot change the date and time on the bracelet, and nothing comes up when I attach the charging cable to the usb of my pc. It's poss' there was a separate data cable, but it must be lost. GPS. I bought mine DEC 2020 FROMPRO WHOLESALE, it was a dropshipper on aliexpress. The pc can detect the F21 but cannot actually talk to it. The only connection is bluetooth, but no data option. It did show up and pair via bluetooth to my Oppo A16s running ColorOS 13.0. I have used every function except sports, so Sleep mode works and so does blood pressure, bpm, steps, calories. It charges up quickly and is otherwise looking like new. The 2024 ones are still around $30 so I will just upgrade to a new one.
Hi great review. Just a question. Do I need to carry with me my phone whenever I use it for outdoor exercise or it synch with the phone? You know like when u gets home and open the app it will do the synching..thanks for the reply
Good question. I haven't tried it separate from the phone (never without my phone when outside). If I had to guess, I'd say the band MAY keep track of your steps natively,,,,,, but not so sure if it would update the info to the app. Can't say for sure at the moment, so best to keep your phone with you.
My F21 Smartband refused to do the Bluetooth Pairing. Do you have any suggestions or a link to customer support. Their marketing is so bad that one cannot find the work Hestia on the phone or on the manual.
You need to turn on Bluetooth and Location (but do NOT pair thru the BT popup window), once you are in the app, look right below the circle (where your step counter is -default dashboard config-), there is a line showing the status of your connection to the watch, if it doesn't auto pair, click on it and a window should pop up where you can select F21 from a list (sometimes it takes a sec).
@@HalfBreedMix I clicked on the window but F21 doesn't appear there. It appears on the phone bluetooth setup, though. What could be precluding the HBand from seeing it?
@@TheNewPhysics Try having the watch off until getting to the in-app window where the device's name should have appeared, then turn on the watch. See if that works. The fact you are seeing the watch appear in "found bluetooth devices" is a good sign at least.
@@HalfBreedMix You were right. I restarted the watch close to the phone and everything finally worked!!!! :) Now I can brag about my running again..:) Thank you..:)
sorry to bother, the data I needed is already shown. however, I have difficulty pairing to connect using bluetooth and the connection is weak , there are reconnection warning. maybe my internet is weak raining season these days.
Press and hold the little white circle just below the screen. You will need to press for a few seconds before it turns on. Of course you will need to charge the watch first.
I've had no problem with it while doing daily-life water activities (rain, washing hands, etc.) I don't know if you could submerge it or not; as I usually refrain from doing that with items even if they are rated for it.

My Step counter is not working. Any reason why this is the case?
It's been awhile, but let me think off the top of my head; is your GPS "location" on?
@@HalfBreedMix Yes it is

@@HalfBreedMix I have returned the watch. The app is not tracking my steps. Thanks for your responses.

Hi there, I can’t find the app. What is it called?
I'm on the go right now; but I believe it's called "H Band". The icon is blue with a heart inside a shield.
How do you turn this on? I can't turn mine on :(

my tipmat has stopped monitoring all parameters...setpscounter etc etc...ufff
What is the name of the app ?
H Band
Is it waterproof?

Is that good blood Mess?!?
Does it still work now?
Yup.

Comprar cargador , gracias.
If you need another charger cable, search for " "Magnet Suction Charge Cable 2-pin 4mm USB" and make sure to note any ridge pattern between the pins.

Not quite sure what (who) you're referring to.
