Y know I’m just now noticing that people think that sonic.exe is modern which it isn’t it was always classic sonic but that brings to question what would a cannon CLASSIC .exe look like (as in gens classic)
Call me cringe but listening to this has given me ideas for lyrics, song starts sonic is just singing just to pass time then exe apparition appears and starts threatening him and that he's going to take control of sonic's body to ruin his world and kill his friends etc. Being a God complex ass as always then there's majin's part where he doesn't really threaten him but sonic is obvs suspicious of him but Majin is just there to reassure him while being a little forth wall breaking not really thinking of sonic as his own person but just the main poster boy of the franchise he was supposed to advertise but now just wants to make sure exe doesn't ruin another copy of a sonic game, then there's the Lord X part, X is being the creepy self he is but instead of threatening sonic he is more a vision of the future that that's what will happen to the blue blur if exe takes him, he's not trying to catch sonic but to kinda warn him also? But as a way to scare him and to make sure that he reminds himself what he'll become if caught and then of course song ends with exe and sonic still arguing that exe will never be him and never catch him and yea, thank you so much for this very inspirational song!
idk if this would help but at the beginning sonic was meant to say "i wonder where tails and knuckles are, i haven't seen them in a while" but i can't do a good sonic impression so that got scrapped
