"It's kind of like having a lemonade, but instead of sugar, you put salt in there."
So not at all like having a lemonade. Lemonade is three ingredients, so when you not only substitute an ingredient, but substitute the one ingredient that gets the purest reaction from the tongue, and substitute it with another ingredient that gets an equally pure but drastically different reaction from the tongue, you've made something completely different.

Lemon Parmesan isn't a real dish. They literally covered a whole, unpeeled lemon in parmesan cheese, and Trapp took a bite, rind and all

Well it looked like a whole lemon with parmesan cheese on the outside of it. Now I'll give you parm is good, so is lemon, and they pair well together. What I feel you are missing in the equation though that would arguably ruin the entire taste experience is the bitter lemon peel that Trapp is presumably biting through and eating along with the good parts. That part of a lemon isn't exactly great tasting in large doses.

Fun facts, ignored by most people in US/Australia/other places serving parmigiana.
Not only the pronunciation of parmigiana is not the one used in this video (we do not even have the sound used for the letter /g/), but PARMIGIANA IS NOT ITALIAN!!!!! Or, to be clearer, there is a dish called Parmigiana, but it has nothing to do with Parmigiano cheese, nor with chicken. it's a vegetarian dish.
