I would absolutely love more bread videos! I am very new to bread and knowing how to make bread from everyday loaves to grainy loaves or flavored knots NOT using a machine would be just so amazing from Martha!
I had the pleasure of knowing my two grandmothers who were born and raised in the late 19th century. They were the generation that raised the greatest generation..my parents were much older then most of the parents of the children who are my age..i am a Gen Xer and the things I learned from having parents of that generation and two wonderful women of the generation before was a blessing..the only regret..I missed the opportunity to sit down and listen to one of my grandmother's experience regarding the Titanic..she was talking to my mother about and what it was like during the aftermath. I never knew what she told my mom and i am kicking myself for it..I love you granny and I love you Momma Gene..I always will. Thank you Martha for teach this dying art form.

I used your dinner roll recipe this past Christmas. It was my second time using that recipe. They were really good. Ill have to try this recipe as well.
Can this dough be refrigerated to use the next morning? If so do I refrigerate before first rise or after. How long does dough need to sit after taken out of refrigerator?
This is so fake. I am sure to tell you, if you follow her way of making bread, you will sure to be failing. Go ask any bakers adding butter and egg before kneading the flour they will laugh for sure.
