I LOVE the pattern you showed us, Wear Love Everywhere You Go!!! Imagine stitching that on a shirt and everyone you come into contact would have to be positive!!! or at least give it profound thought! I need to get that one!!! Thanks for sharing!!!
Always fun watching...please take care....in the South we received 18 inches of Snow and 1 inch of ice....shut us down for 9 days...still not going out there...crazy....please take care and be safe
Oh! I love your wren jar finish!!! I also love the robin! That would also look good on a jar lid! (Side note: for some reason I always think of Jack Nicholson when I see a robin! I think it has something to do with the eyes and that "Here's Johnny!" movie moment! 🤣😂🤣 Strange, I know, but give a good look at a robin the next time you see one...) Glad you got some snow and a snow day!
I love all the birds you’ve stitched and I’m hoping you have the names below. I haven’t checked yet. I feel the same way about wanting to stitch all the things. I went through all my WIPS to pick my charts for WIPGO and got excited about them all over again and want to hurry up and stitch on them. I also am going through all my charts and organizing them and have a huge pile I want to stitch like now 🤣. I enjoyed your video as always. Have a good day !
Maybe try and look at it as a journey rather than a race. Perhaps it's best to relax and not set goals. That way you might be less inclined to feel you aren't making enough progress. I've decided that I will stitch when I feel like it and I won't stitch when I don't feel like it. That way I'm not beating myself up about what I haven't accomplished. You're young compared to my 72 years. You have many years ahead of you to stitch. I understand that you may feel the need to have lots of content for your videos but is it worth it if you find yourself stressing over your hobby?
The wren is adorable & I LOVE the finishes on the jars! I still need to pick out my PNP house to stitch 1st. Like you, I have more to stitch than I have time! I need a snow day too - it’s been years since we have had one too & the last one we were out of town - to be fair we were gone snow skiing but still snow at home is just different. Isn’t it crazy how we are being tracked & then suggested to?!? Sometimes it’s helpful but also it bothers me but I guess not enough to get rid of my phone 😂
I find it so eerie that Amazon knows what I am thinking. At this point, I don’t mind it as they suggest spot-on items but worry in the future that their AI bot will turn more nefarious. Strange New World indeed. In the meantime, I just carry on and try to whistle a happy tune. 😁
I love the wren and the snow drops pattern and how you finished it! I live in Florida a d herons do nest in trees above houses here so your stitching adaptation will be accurate. 😊
Hi Michelle! I’m going to do Dot’s Saltbox, too. When you stitch with Sulky how do you start and end your threads? Do you use the single strand loop start, pin stitch or secure your ends under other stitches?
I love your wren! Beautiful!! I enjoy stitching birds. Thanks for the tip about Love Poppet. I like it when you share books about samplers. I would like to hear about your favorite sampler books. Have a good week!
Your wren jar topper is lovely! Surprising how it coordinates with the robin! Your snow / ice day was well spent. I how not kept up with stitching goals so far this January. I am currently battling my way out from an avalanche of laundry. Laundry everywhere! Stains to be treated. Laundry! Laundry! Laundry! 🧺 Staying classy in New Hampshire under a mountain of laundry! 😱😱😱
Beautiful stitching and finishes. I love the pattern in the Boxing day box it's going to be wonderful to go with the sampler. I need to get them started. Wonderful briefing.😊
Blackbird design love love. All the jars are gorgeous, the Wren telling you off is so funny, super design. Thank you for the gap tips. I must say the chart your husband gave you last year stuck with me, beautiful words. As always a happy watch and Thank you.
Spent the whole of the video with one eye on your sweatshirt, hoping I'd see the whole design. I love a bit of funghi 😂 Great stitching as well of course 😊
I think it must be the month of the birds - nearly every new start I have for February has a bird on it! I must go hunting for some jars as this is such a great way to finish so thank you for the inspiration. Lovely to see you as usual x
