My friends got me back into the game through Live around 151. Thinking that the Regis sound fun for a first physical deck to build; they seem challenging enough to master with a fun gimic and good additions when they rotate into Expanded.
@25:09 I think you had game with registeel. Since the Iron Crown had the booster attached it had 0 retreat cost so the registeel does 220. You had the metal in hand so you could've retreated the drago, attached metal for turn then ancient wisdomed luminous + any basic energy for game.

I also immediately play this when the legacy energy came out. Ditto and Iron Bundle are so good in this deck.
The Regis are always fun to watch and play. To bad they will not dare to print another spammable rainbow energy before Lugia rotates.
Someone in a discord and myself were actually cooking a quad thorton type regi deck, that included rad zard, pinsir, and iron hands (baby) to cover all matchups. Surprisingly, it was very consistent but i wanna know what youd think of that

Radzard in golems is a problem however. If you start with Radzard, it causes issues with getting regigigas going
Yeah fr they can just never ko it so you’ll never set up if I were to play rad Zard I would play turo or something

Tbh you can just attach to rad zard over and over they gotta kill it eventually or u can thorton it
@@LittleDarkFury stall decks will probably not give that luxury though. Or they will keep gusting the golems instead
Would love to see a revisit of your ambipom/metang deck. Ive been playing it with a Legacy Energy, and it has been absolutely busted.
How does the matchup work against high hp decks, like zard, pult or raging bolt?
2 shot game try to be aggressive & hope that they put down rotom
I don't like playing 1-of any of the Regis, even if Ice is less useful. If your opponent figures it out, you're toast. I would also try TM:Crisis Punch over Charizard here, maybe even a TM:Devo would be useful. It's funny that you don't like playing Carmine because "you don't want to discard your hand", but you already play 4x Research. Lastly, I'm surprised to not see DTE here for the Regigigas, especially because it's prone to getting trapped in the active; and DTE can let you attack in a single turn without having any energy already on Gigas.

Can I ask why you have 2 grass 1 fire and not the other way around, so radiant charizard can attack more easily?
You have luminous and legacy for zard anyway it doesn't matter

Why use radiant Zard and not Crisis punch?
This one was very fun. Personally I'm still waiting for the Tsareena ex Froslass video. I have my 60 and they do perform really good against Raging Ogerpon and even Dragapult. But struggles still against some others.

I just bought regis for my nephew! I’m using that special event deck from Limitless but a new deck is cool!
I hated playing against Regi so much that I started playing 3 to 4 lost zone stadiums just to counter them

Use a Banette ex + Froslass deck! I beat a Miridon deck with it.

@@oxfierceplayxo1667 I was using Hammers + Handheld Fan to remove energies, but I'm currently using Flute + Wasteland to try to force stuff into play with abilities and Counter Catcher Stall more. I'll post my current list:

Day 1 of asking you to play single prize future box. I got the idea from falling in love with your single prize ancient box. I believe my future box will give your ancient box a tough time. I didn't lose once with it yet after several games. If you're interested, just comment me and I'll give you the deck list. It's still a work in progress though.
