    I agree, the setting and testing that ecoflow has mentioned on their site is nowhere near what I have been getting. I have tried and tried and can barely get 10 hours at best. What I have done is bought 2 internal batteries as well as hooked mine up to my ecoflow delta max 2000 along with my 400 watt ecoflow rigid solar panel. No longer worrying about whether the battery will die out. Thanks for your presentation.

      Thanks. I have slowed down these days and don't use this nearly as much or hard core as my dometics. Thought about doing a second battery, but just don't have the budget, or stray to far away from a 12v outlet to need any other batteries.

    Were you using it in eco mode during this test?

      I did not use eco mode for this test, but had my temps set on the warmer side of frozen and refrigeration.

      @@UncleFabReviews thank you, and thanks for the video! I just got one myself and was wondering if my battery life is normal.

      I've heard some bad battery life stories unfortunately. I'm not to sure of the users use and power settings they were on to get those bad battery stories, but I know the manufacturer should have some research to back up their claims. That's why I wanted to make a video to show that good life is possible. You can't just use the setting you would use at home or on the grid. Another big factor is how much you open and close it in the ambient temperatures around the space you were using it in

      @@UncleFabReviews thanks for the insight. I’ll experiment. I did notice making ice knocks out about 10% per time lol.

      @UncleFabReviews i did a drawdown test on the battery using my calibrated bench lab and the battery is nowhere near their stated WH. My tests are showing about 150wh for the battery pack.

    Is it still working with No /Any issues???

    • @UncleFabReviews
      @UncleFabReviews  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      It is. I wish I had an hour running meter for it. Haven't used in in about a month. Total I think it has about 10 days of just freezer mode, and 50 days of dual zone. I have used the batter on several occasions as a usb charger for phones and tablets.

      @@UncleFabReviews Thanks 👍🏻do you mainly use with just the battery ? Or Are you charging/ running with car 12v connected?

    • @UncleFabReviews
      @UncleFabReviews  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I use the battery while driving, no plugs in the bed of my truck. Then plugged into the wall when we get somewhere. I have not run it on 12v very much.

    What about ice maker?.

    • @UncleFabReviews
      @UncleFabReviews  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      The ice maker works while plugged into the AC power, or on battery while plugged into 12DC. I was unable to test using solar. Since I was testing the battery life for the cooler I chose not to include that information since you can not run it on just the battery.

    I would be afraid that my dairy products will go bad with setting so high. In my opinion not a true representation of the limitations of the battery. Otherwise nicely produce video.

      yea, temp setting used not particularly good for dairy...max I'd run would be 40 deg on frig side. and that is not really recommended.

    • @UncleFabReviews
      @UncleFabReviews  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      It might help to plug it in to bring the temp down super low, then when it is time to go, unplug it and set it to your desired temp.

    • @UncleFabReviews
      @UncleFabReviews  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Those are very cold temperatures! It has to work super hard, using more battery. Try like -2 and +5 c, those are about the equivalent of what I used in Fahrenheit

      @@UncleFabReviews I'm sure the manual talks about ambient temps. if its fall and outdoor temps are 50 deg F, you'll get much farther on battery than mid summer and 80 deg (let alone 100 deg in a closed car)...
