Yall were on the IPAD device when registering the kit? And what IP is showing on the ethernet detected screen? We have 2 IPs one for the Kit and the IPAD.
There is now also a room kit mini and a room kit pro. I just ordered a couple of mini's to evaluate them. The pro will be next. Also with the room kit plus, you have the option for the quad cam or the P60 camera, so based on your use case you have camera options.
Played around with the mini a few days ago. No 3.5mm audio in nor out. HDMI is your only audio out. Only a digital zoom which is to be expected, wasn't as good as I had hoped for, though. Otherwise not a terrible setup. I do wish it had an audio input for table microphones, though. Only having the mic at the front of the room concerns me... I probably won't use them anywhere and just use the room kit instead. One cool feature is that it has the ability via USB-c to act as a webcam for your PC... so if you love their cameras and want to pay a grand for a webcam... then you know... you can do that...
To mute yourself, select Mute at the bottom of the meeting window. You know it's working when the button turns red . To mute someone else, choose people , right-click or tap the person's name, and then select Mute.
The Cisco Room Kit series video endpoint registered to the Webex cloud only requires outbound connections. If you've configured a firewall to limit outbound internet connection, you'll want to read this Cisco document. I've found it very helpful. collaborationhelp.cisco.com/article/en-us/WBX000028782 You can also test the connection to the Webex cloud using this URL: mediatest.ciscospark.com/#/main
Depends on how you register. Where I work, we use Cisco VCS and TMS, so all of our systems register within our own network. With that, of course there are plenty of network concerns to get it running smoothly, but I'll say this, there's no better video experience.
could you actually use the TV speakers as sound reinforcement for the kit? The audio out from the webex port to the tv audio in port?

How do we do a factory reset
Hi Michael - if you go to "settings" on your touch-10 and scroll to the bottom of the screen you will see a "factory reset" option
That was great!
Nice job gents!
Thank you! Keep your eyes out for another one coming next week.
How would one go on "mute" when not speaking?

So from a Networking standpoint, just plug it into my network and that's it??? No firewall rules, or bandwidth that I should be concerned with???
