Helpful videos, but I need help with how to give a student remote control access when they are using an iPad. We haven't been able to figure that out. I've checked the User Guide, but only found instructions for when the student is using a laptop. I know on Zoom, when they are on an iPad, they can do some things when they have remote control of my screen, but they can't drop and drag or do things like that. I am assuming it is the same with Webex. Do you know? Thanks in advance!

I wish they would add support for Virtual Camera Input on Mac. Sans that, I have to stick with Zoom. We need the ability add graphics and switch sources which we can do with Wirecast, ECAMM or OBS into Zoom. I do hope Cisco is listening. Thanks for the detail on the new features as it makes me miss Virtual Camera Input all the more.

hi. thank you for your videos. I am a confident user of zoom (and new user of webex). I need to create different personal link, unique, for each course I teach. I do this very easily in zoom. for example: assume I teach 4 courses and I want to create a (different) unique link , one for each course (and I need to have the different 4 courses saved in my platform page, so that I can easily start the course by clicking at the title of the course and I can communicate the specific course link to the students of the course). I do very easily and directly in zoom, but in webex I only find the option of having my personal space (with the link), and that's it. no option to create 4 different link (specific for each course) linke I do in zoom. would you please be so kind to help me?
Very interesting. I've never seen that 'spaces' thing before. Looks like Teams. Some nice feature updates there. I'd prefer the AI to only transcript when told to, for example, "OK, Webex, record action, David to x, y, z". That would be very useful.

Features are all good, but there huge issue when more than 50 people join a meeting/event. There is sometimes more than 1 minute lag.
try switching to another layout if you are using the default grid view. It could be that your laptop can't handle so many video streams at once.

You can disable that when you schedule the meeting or during the meeting. Participant Menu -> uncheck Entry and Exit Tone
