Zoning here varies from county to county, so my current research is gathering info from all the counties in North Georgia to know where you can and can't place a Casita, where you can use one for full-time residential use and where you can and cannot use a Casita as a short-term-rental.
@The Proptech Scout - It's not very professional (nor fair) to release "scouting" analysis of a company, so many months "after" the original scouting/tour was conducted, especially considering how outdated analyses often spreads misinformation among the public, customers, and investors. More specifically, you should have edited out the part @5:53 where the tour guide mentions that Boxabl was still working on completing their order to the US government, when in reality, the $9.2 million dollar order (for 156 Boxabl Casitas) was actually completed and delivered to a military base in NW Florida, back in May 2022(!)
My prediction is that if they wait til the market pumps back up in 2025 ou 2026 they will IPO at a 5b market cap pump to 20B but with little revenue, a high regulatory, competitive market together with market manipulation their market cap will be driven back down to 1B or they’ll even go bankrupt Let’s see what happens

Where do you find a traditional house build for $100k? I am a Realtor and there is not such thing. I work with a lot of builders. If they have documented that the price is just the base house then they are converted legally. I do believe it is still way cheaper than the options out there. Manufactured houses prices are up there too. I see the company growing well and once people can get this houses nationwide. I also met 3D printing companies and the cost is only like 29% less than traditional building. Not a lot.
May as well just put your money into Apple or Microsoft since their numbers are amzing. There’s alway risk to invest in start up that is why we called it high risk high reward

I like your vid, however @ 24:29 you stated their margins are razor thin, either/both Palo n Gali have stated it cost $30k to make and sell for $50k, i would say thats pretty good, however like you i am stressed about their taking down the price on the site....but if they achieve quantities of scale they can lower this back down...(hopehopehope)...if i find the interview that they stated these cost quotes i will post it....thx for the vid, you have made me consider some other things to be concerned about....peace

Unless you set up a self-directed IRA & find an invester thru the self-directed IRA that allows you to buy accredited stocks ;)
I’m glad I already invested in them earlier this year on May before they ran out of stocks.
