Every home in Lahaina, HI is now destroyed. Boxabl absolutely needs to help Maui residents rebuild with an army of Boxabl's shipped in!!

Not one home should be rebuilt before new codes are laid out one of the problems is sheer congestion and vegetation in such a small area, home automatic house sprinkers need to be installed with individual holding tanks or pool.
Please show videos of customers actually living in these homes.

With the tragedy going on with the wildfires in Maui, Boxable will be more important then ever to not only rebuild but reimage how we build house and shelter in general. I can't wait to see this in action and looking forward to building my own house some day with Boxable ❤

I've have seen all your videos on how strong your Boxabl's are, but what I would really like to see, living in Florida and have been in over 5 major hurricanes, is a HUGE-MEGA WIND TURBINE BLOWER, blowing hurricane strength winds, along with a FIRE TRUCK WATER HOSES blowing both wind and water on anyone of your Casita Builds. Now this would answer anyone's concerns that You Make The Best-Safest Year Round Homes - Period!!
Good job. Bringing more of the manufacturing in-house - and re-shoring to the US in general - is going to help us all in this country through lower prices and higher quality.

@@stevezack6077Possibly. The change will take time to affect the entire industry. The mix of jobs will also change slowly; some shrinking, some growing. As well, there's a century of houses out there for repair and refit.
@@stevezack6077 Just like the gas lamplighters who lost their jobs when electric street lights became popular? And the blacksmiths who were out of work when automobiles replaced horses and wagons? But you drive a car and rely on electric lights, don't you?
Doing a job better is always a good idea. New industries pop up and people can transition their skills into new tasks and jobs. Remember that for every Boxabl buyer who saves thousands of dollars on their housing, thousands of dollars are now available in their budget for other things they want to spend it on. The money always goes somewhere.
@@stevezack6077- Labourers are pricing themselves out of the market. They charge about 100 to 150 an hour to do anything.
I had a 2015 jeep that I paid $4,500 used. I was parked at a bar and had a hit-&-run that damaged the rear door and back panel on the drivers side. The insurance company wrote it off and paid me $11,500 because it was cheaper than paying a body shop.
Last week I went out in the morning to start my Honda Element and the key wouldn't turn in the ignition. I couldn't believe what was happening so I checked the internet and found that this is a common problem with Honda's. I phoned our local Honda dealer and they estimated that it would cost approximately $700 for parts PLUS labour; in other words about $1,000 plus. So I spent a few days reading info on the Honda ignition and watched a few TH-cam videos. It took me about 3 hours to dismantle the ignition, fix the problem and resemble.. After a week my car still works perfectly.
I used to work for a company that provided security cameras with servers and online visibility. I was paid about $20 per hour. When I had to do service calls I would present them with the bill. The company charged them $120 per hour for my service.
Labor charges have become ridiculous. There seems to be some diabolical plan to make life too expensive to live. Housing is so expensive now that the younger generation coming out of high-school or university will NEVER be able to afford to buy a house and will end up living with their parents until their in their 30's or 40's.
The Banking Cartels have been planning this for decades. They knew that artificially maintaining interest rates at 0% for a couple decades would raise housing prices to ridiculous heights. The 'World Economic Forum' (WEF) will be the new totalitarian government of the WORLD. This is the new reality; don't complain or they'll block your bank account.

Should be ok. A company made trailers that folded out similarly back in the 70s. They were way more flimsy and did not have problems in wind in the southern states. I think the na.e was Magnolia out of Mississippi.

Test the Casitas against Hurricane force winds (cat 5).
It's probably not ideal in a hurricane zone. Unless you have a stable mounting pad with REALLY big bolts it wouldn't do much better than a double-wide trailer.
Crazy idea: Boxabl underground bunker, using two Boxabl stacked on top of the other, one is buried under the ground level one.
Just use old shipping containers for the bottom level.
I've thought for a long time that underground neighborhoods would be great in the midwest with the tornadoes. You can get plenty of light through skylights or fiber optic cables. Your heating and cooling costs would be insanely minimal. Groundwater exclusion would be an issue, but pool liners are an option. It could also be a good option in places where it is very cold, since you are super-insulated underground, and the ground can only get so cold, whereas the air can get extremely cold.
A subterranean structure would have to be engineered to withstand the pressure of the soil and water placed against it. Also the materials have to be able to withstand rot and pests. Good old fashioned CMU/concrete would be optimal.
Genius idea I had this idea make a bunker box that stacks 3. 1 under ground and 2 above ground. Idea like to raise 5 million for dealerships license and get my sister brother veterans off the streets using this system and end 1.6 billion taxpayers money and give our veterans service connected veterans a buy option through their Va pay. $250 a month and end the Hudvash program is failing us veterans with crime and no way out. Va home loans a joke because there’s more money to force Veterans to rent and be in Hudvash programs because our pay is not enough now. But great idea
@@amelialangston8452 Humidity becomes a huge issue with earth sheltered homes. Cool walls can have condensation and condensation then causes mold growth. Water can also seep through concrete. It is not to say this is not possible, it is possible; it is just to say success takes a lot more work and a variety of engineering skills that make it complicated.

Because the company isn’t worth $3.2B. No one would underwrite an IPO with that valuations and no real investor would buy a single share. It’s probably really valued at closer to $150-250M. If they don’t go bankrupt and actually start selling product , if will take them close to 10 years to exceed a $3.2B true valuation. Going public sooner would mean selling shares to sophisticated investors that actually understand value. And to do that , they would have to have a major reverse split to raise the share price to something the exchanges will accept. Yes, they have been pumping their valuation and selling to the general public that don’t understand value. It’s a way for them to line their pockets with essentially free money. Illegal? Probably not. Sleazy? Most definitely.

Took them over a year to deliver. And Newsflash: There are more homeless under Biden than Trump. Trump would have been in Lahaina the very next day and thrown all the support possible at helping the people there, instead of waiting for two weeks like Biden because he could not be bothered during his vacation.
