How to order it?
Digitek is a fraud company. I purchased their ringlight in July. In 1 month its not working. After multiple calls one lady answers and asks me to pay for courier charge and send it to Delhi frm Kolkata. When it is under warranty why would I spend on this

I purchased digitek ring light in july. Within a month its not working. Tried to reach customer care.
After many calls One Lady answered and finslly communicated on whatsapp and asked to courier the product for repair frm Kolkata to Delhi on my own cost.
Just imagine it is under warrenty and still digitek asked ASKED TO SPEND ON COURIER which will be almost Rs 3000 for me.
Do you think it is fair to spend Rs 3000 for a product which you bought in Rs 1500 and that too under warranty. Such a bad experience.
I WANT TO INFORM EVERYONE THAT THIS IS UNFAIR . DONT TRUST DIGITEK. ONCE YOU PURCHASE AND IF ANYTHING HAPPENS. DIGITEK WILL NOT HELP EVEN UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD.
