The backdrops that I have used in this video can be used as a flat lay backdrop too. After that, you can place your camera on top and shoot whatever you want while just showing your hands and not the face.

I just have one question. How are you able to look at such a bright light for a long time? Doesn't it hurt the eyes?
Actually when using a ringlight, your concentration is on the screen of the phone ( the phone is placed in the middle of the ring) therefore you are not exactly staring at the light.

Hey do u shoot in continue or there are retakes or like how.
There are many retakes! It takes about 2-3 hours to shoot one video of about 15-25 minutes

Hey chillbee, but what about that those TH-camrs do not have a tripod? How should they shoot their videos without tripod and also without background voice??
I like to shoot videos on TH-cam so I have one problem that I don't have any tripod and ring light tripod. Then how should I shoot my video chillbee?
Hey!! Try to place your phone at eye level by stacking boxes or books so that the phone is steady. You can also skin ringlight by shooting in an open area where there is more natural light coming. Also, You can use a software " Audacity " to remove background noise or simply shoot when there is no background noise.
