    Anyone here who's suffering i want you to know i got you. You must learn to let go. Release the stress. You were never in control anyway. If you can't fly then run, if you can't run then walk, if you can't walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward. Act the way that you want to feel.     I never knew what depression is like until I got hit with it. Thank God I'm still alive. May God help every struggling soul trying to make it to the shores alive and away from depression

      Real life, It is all in the mind. Take action--God helps those who help themselves. Meditation is the permanent way to a relaxed and stress free life because it reprogrames the mind. Enter "Alternate nostril breathing meditation videos" on Google search and do the simple meditation for 10-15 minutes if possible twice a day or even more. . Also read the benefits of alternate nostril breathing meditation.Try to avoid moving too much while doing this meditation. It can also be done sitting on a chair. Best wishes.     I can honestly say today is the day I told my doctor that I am genuinely happy. I stopped taking my depression pills 4 months ago and everything feels amazing. 2 years ago I thought about ending my life and I am glad that there was an angle in my head telling me just to tough it out and keep fighting. I am a warrior ; I used to cut, used to put my self down, used to think life would be better off about me. But NO life needs me in this life to make me accomplish wonderful things. Like me going back to college to do culinary, getting my license, and a job. Just keep on fighting please you will be SO proud of yourself if you do. If your not gonna be then i will even if I don’t know who you r. Everyone is worth it. Be happy.

      @@kashika_strawberry.lipstic4624 Sending it again. Reduce negative thoughts with a simple practice. Your breath and mind [brain] are closely related causing stress-anxiety. For a better life sit on a chair, back straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. Slowly the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Do the practice without any expectations. Change happens by itself from within if done regularly. Day or night, when taking a walk, sitting in a park, when reading, before sleep etc sit or lie down and observe your breath. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Best wishes Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

    Psilocybin saved my life. I was addicted to heroin for 15 years and after Psilocybin treatment I will be 3 years clean in September. I have zero cravings. This is something that truly needs to be more broadly used in addiction treatment

      I entirely agree, mental illness makes EVERYTHING nearly impossible, sometimes to the point that even remembering to wake up and move around in the morning takes the kind of effort that would, once, have moved people to tears at just the sheer physical and mental strength necessary to do so. But this video gets one thing absolutely right, regardless:
      Everyone is unique, including YOU. If you see yourself as nothing but a failure because you re measuring yourself against people who have put human beings in space, made billions or changed the path of history? You will almost certainly never, EVER measure up, you probably CAN'T. But if you recognise that you still have a great deal to offer, that you can make a mark by just living your life and helping those around you? By just being comfortable in your own skin and being who and what you are?
      That is a good way to live your life. Never mind what others say, you do your best, achieve what you can and live your own life. Maybe, along the way, find some happiness and some satisfaction too. Or even find someone to share it with...

    This video has changed my outlook on life, as when I listen to this I receive a glimpse of what happines feels like again. I'm slowly finding my way back to mental stability. This may change the outcome of the new few years as I have felt so hopeless. I was just a kid with large dreams blunted and stabbed by mental health, I wanted and still want to become someone who will make a large difference on earth but my poor mental health has gotten in my way so as I speak on behalf of those who also suffer, Thank you.

    I've gone through social anxiety ever since I was in grade 5, and I've never looked at my anxiety like this. I'm sick and tired of caring, expecting, and longing for things I'll never have. These things are that I'll be everyone's favorite person. That I'm the most popular person in school, and everyone loves me. It sounds terrible when I say it aloud, but after watching this I want to become someone that lives by her own values. That doesn't second guess if people are judging, and that is completely and authentically HERSELF. That is what I'm going to thrive to be❤

    This is part of why I am improving so much better mentally. I was at my lowest point last June to the point where I didn't see a future for myself. I felt like I was trapped in this situation and couldn't get out it. I forgot what it was like to be happy. I felt numb for the first time and it was a horrible experience. I had to promise my mum that I wouldn't do anything. After that, things suddenly started changing. August 2017, I changed my lifestyle and that's been a major help! I see a mentor nearly every week and she's been a major help. Her son went through similar to me so she understands. I'm working on getting better so I can share my story to hopefully inspire others that things will get better in time. My quote: "What you are going through right now isn't forever but death is." I'm so open about my feelings, emotions and past experiences. I've had to tell my story so many times that in the end, I couldn't care less on what people know. I'm obviously not going to say everything because I do want some things private.

Enter "Alternate nostril breathing meditation videos" on Google search and do the simple meditation for 10-15 minutes if possible twice a day or even more. . In India it is called Anulom Vilom meditataion. Also read the benefits of alternate nostril breathing meditation.Try to avoid moving too much while doing this meditation.     you are so beautiful and even though i don’t even know you i want to reach out to everyone feeling so terrible. when i am older, i hope to work with mental health helpline or charities ect. i want it make someone else’s life better - please hold on, it ALWAYS gets better but you just cannot see that right now because you are blinded but this sick, nasty things called depression !!

    I am barely surviving. I asked my parents for help coz i was having harmful thoughts and i even attempted once. But fear shook me and i couldn't succeed so i'm alive. Tbh its hard when you are taking si much inside you, smile in front of others like everything's ok. But when you can't and reach for help. They can't get it why you need one. They can't understand you coz they've never been to it. And if they had they still neglect it coz they don't want to ever admit it. When you not even have a single person to share. It feel like you're being engulfed by your negative thoughts. It aches so bad... I think after watching this. I'm feeling a bit motivatedm i'll try to happy. I'll try to love for myself. It will be hard coz i always try to accomplish expectations of others on me. But i won't exert myself now.

    Im fighting anxiety and depression right now, I know I can do it but sometimes it hurts so much! Im not giving up, I need to overcome this obstacle in my life. I always pray and take care of my health, even though its so hard, I keep fighting and had to endure this!

    Shrooms completely halted my seasonal depression and I stopped going to counseling since I no longer needed it.! believe it was the key part in healing my depression.

I am now more present, creative, happy, confident and organized. Mushrooms are amazing healers and teachers and i am so grateful for them.

    I never compare myself to others. But I have severe depressed and anxiety. I have good family, job, and good support from people around me. After tests, my doctor said I have MHTFR gene mutation that can not synthesize certain Vitamins & catalyzing certain enzymes. I am getting a lot better after a month of treatments.

    You know there are times when we ourselves fail to recognize 'who we actually are? Where do we belong to? and..what the hell is going on..? There are phases when we just fall apart and everything which once seemed so meaningful appears so hopeless now. There are moments when nothing works out and you feel so shattered!
    This happens with most of us.
    But as it is said in the video, that we should be aware of what we wanna become? ,where we wanna be? ,and most importantly -'how we wanna feel when everything falls back to its place?' ...we must work now to create something tomorrow.

      Happy you survived another day my friend. Just remind yourself your life circumstance can change. Your life could be so different in one years time but it all starts with you today… each moment. Be prepared to fight your mind when it doesn’t want to get out of bed or when u want to sleep in. Remind yourself that your mind is a tool and should be used only when needed. Therefore, when your thoughts pop up, analyse them and see if they are useful, and if they are useful then follow them and if not then ignore them. Thoughts are not facts and thoughts are not you. You are the awareness. Pls try mindfulness meditation everyday to be able to not be consumed by your thoughts and be entertained by the thoughts that might pop up as you realise how u have been placing so much importance on something that a lot of the time is random and completely useless. Goodluck. May you live a blissful life 🙏🏾

    I was depressed and anxious, or I might had a burnout last year. As a (high-ranked) student, my grades were descending and I kept struggling with my feelings. Back then, there were a lot of crappy times happened in my life and I didn't ask anything about that, which made me feel awkward, embarrassed and even dumb. It was too much... After I wasn't able to control myself, I annoyed a lot of people. They still don't like me anymore.
    At the end of the second class (within a year of depression), around May or June, I saw a video of Team Fearless (Stuggle Makes You Stronger). I've tried to perform anything they have told me, which saved my grades.
    On summer holiday I've taken a lot of responsibility and I didn't enjoy holiday very much. Now I am in the third class and everything is doing well, except some people are still thinking about the old me. I keep ignoring them. But for now, I am able to take massive action with a strong mind and a strong heart. I think I will never get a burnout again.

    I’m not rich but I have so much, family, a bed, food, I can walk, I have all my limbs, real friends who have been by my side for over a decade. Yet I still feel depressed and anxious and I hate myself for that, there are others with far less, who are happy to be alive and here I am miserable with myself and it makes me feel ungrateful, and not worthy of this gift of life that I’ve been given.

      I have homeless people I talk to at the beach and the park. The are happy. And have good spirits and attitudes. I have more than them... materialisticly..
      .... I recently had multiple traumatic tragedies happened to me... suffering badly from stress, anxiety, insomnia and depression...

I don’t know really .... For 5 months I suffered a lot with intrusive thoughts without knowing it was due to anxiety. Recently I visited a psychologist, he advised me to try recovering without medicines. For last 3-4 years I didn't had much friends who I could express myself freely. Mental health is more important than anything else we don't even understand what is happening with us when we are undergoing that situation. slowly but surely I am recovering from it I am hoping for a new life where I am not living with thoughts where I am leaving fully.

    Sometimes, often, depression is not only mental but physical. Let's never forget that. Too much Stress, wrong food/ bad food, poor sleep quality and bad habits like smoking, alcohol and drugs all affect our well being. Be observant and careful what goes in and out of your body and mind. And change accordingly to what suits you best. Limit and avoid people and situations that bring you down. Do something today that will make you feel better. No matter how small, take a walk in nature or a park , do a 5 minute exercise, eat something healthy, call a friend, set small goals, read or listen to a good book for 15 min, do something creative.     This video helped me to a certain extent. I have been suffering from anxiety for over a month, unable to sleep. And for the past two days, I have suffered from depression. All I have been doing is sleeping and crying for no reason. The moment "No one can be YOU" got played, I had a sudden change. Thank you, it has helped me atleast to a small extent.

    This moved me to tears. But no matter how hard I try.. I still fall. Some are beyond hope.
