Congratulations, America. You have yet again proved that your prejudice is wayyy more pervasive than seeing what real talent is. Ada was head and shoulders above the rest and deserved to win. It's so sad that minorities are still getting discriminated against, irrespective of their abilities... It's fine, though - Ada is still a roaring success and represents such a positive message for being proud of who we are!!
Ash Killz shrill, with ridiculously loud high notes, too much vibrato, and at times I could not understand what he was singing. Overall, not pleasant to the ear. Nobody discriminated against him. He has been on the show before and been eliminated as a guy, and was already eliminated this season before the judges decided that they know best. Now his overrated ass is gone and it has nothing to do with him being a drag queen. For everyone that sung his praises, I guarantee that there were at least 30 people saying what the hell but those 30 were afraid to speak up because they're afraid of being labeled as prejudiced.
Sure, and I also admit that Ada's performance this week wasn't that great, but once comparing Ada's entire journey on this cycle, the performance and star quality is much better than, say, the blond haired blue eyed dude (sorry, his name keeps on escaping me haha). It's also apparent seeing in the comments section what people say - most of Ada's negative commentary is based on something that has nothing to do with the singer's talent, but rather based on their sexuality and choice of their lifestyle. Let's just be real, though. The majority of America that votes in these shows are the same people that voted for your president, just saying... Let's just say the show is going to be soooo much more boring without Ada in it... but I guess it's just my humble opinion :)

OMG, that's exactly what I was thinking the moment I heard "Disney"!!! "Poor unfortunate souls", imho, was such a natural choice for Ada, almost exclusively! I think that it fits her image perfectly! She would have stayed in the running with this song!

Remember when Jennifer Hudson sang this song back in season 3? This doesn't hold a candle to that. She didn't need any gimmicks or excessive light shows because her voice spoke for itself... Good times.

It's been one year since Ada vox was voted off of American idol. Thanks to the homophobic bigots in America. since then, she has toured the US, Canada, Europe, and has made over five and a half million dollars. Success well-deserved.

We all know what bigotry you're talking about and, if that were the case, Jurnee, too, would not be moving on because she has a wife and everybody knows it, except possibly you. The only thing amazing about "Ada's" performances is how far he got and we all know how that happened, "judicial prejudice". He is just not a good singer. Loud and proud ain't a talent.
